BEN'S HOUSE: Ben thought that "Dana" fixed huevos rancheros for breakfast because Meg told her that they were his favorite. However, Meg told him that she didn't even know that they're his favorite. Since it was the night before their wedding, Meg left to spend the night at Hank and Joan's house. After she had left, Ben called Cedar Oaks to find out what their visiting hours are.
HILLARY'S HOUSE: Cole insisted that Francesca tell him why she wanted those jewels specifically, and why she freaked out. She told him the truth: she was stealing back the jewels that she and Phillip stole from Rosario. She wanted to give the statue and jewels back to the people in the town. Cole didn't believe her at first, but he started to when she told him that when they were on the ship, she promised God that if Cole got out all right, she'd undo the damage she did to Antonio's parish, and then she'd leave Cole alone forever.
Francesca told Cole that she heard this chanting one time before, right after Phillip and she stole the jewels. They stopped in another town in Southern California, and Phillip left her standing outside while he went into a room. It was the first time that Phillip ever excluded her, and soon afterward, his obsession with Cole began. She said that she was sure that the people who bought the jewels from Phillip were in that room with him. Francesca feared the chanting meant something evil was around them.
Cole promised Francesca that he would get the jewels and then get her out of there soon. Cole walked up the stairs and into the room where the sapphires are kept, which, it turns out, was the source of the chanting.
CEDAR OAKS: Annie told "Dana" about her concerns that she'll be hurt by memories that will be awakened by Ben and Meg's wedding. "Dana" said that Annie is a nice person, even though she tries to hide it. "Dana" realized that she had hit home when she told Annie that Annie is desperate to be loved, because Annie broke down in tears. Annie told "Dana" that she reminds her of her best friend, who used to accept her for who she was.
Tim stopped Ben just as Ben was about to knock on the door. Ben accused Tim of setting "Dana" up to do things that Maria would do. Tim told Ben not to blame "Dana" for any of the things that have happened, but to blame him. After Tim and Maria left for the party, Annie realized that she's throwing Maria's friendship away for money and that she had to tell Maria the truth.
JAVA WEB: Vanessa and Bette heard the tape of Melinda confessing, and they promised that to clear this up. Sara asked Casey how she could make it up to him for everything he's done for her, so he told her to enjoy herself at the wedding. He wanted to dance with her at the wedding, because when they danced on the cruise, it was really, really nice.
Vanessa and Bette sprung the tape on Melinda. Soon after, she was bombarded with a group of reporters. Later, Casey asked Sara out for a date after the wedding.
CUMMINGS HOUSE: Tim and "Dana" arrived. Tim refused to leave until Meg opened her wedding present from "Dana." Everyone gushed about her portraits of Ben and Meg. While Meg, Gabi and Vanessa looked at the pictures, "Dana" sneaked into the Cummings' back yard to look at the ocean.
Meg sent Gabi and Vanessa upstairs to see their bridesmaids' dresses, and then she went after "Dana." Annie arrived to speak to Maria. Meanwhile, Maria left, feeling that she needed to get closer to the ocean. Thinking that Meg was "Dana," Annie called her "Maria." "Why did you just call me Maria?" Meg demanded.
UNDER THE PIER: Ben prayed that his memories of Maria will leave him alone. Just as Ben said that he had to let go of Maria, he saw her standing on the other side of the pier.
