CEDAR OAKS: Tim accompanied Dana back to her room. Just as he was about to leave, Tim realized that he had seen her somewhere before, even though he couldn't remember where. Dana wondered if he was the key to regaining her memory. Later, Dana had nightmares about drowning, and said, "I love you. I'll love you forever" in her sleep.

SOUTH BAY GENERAL

MORE BAD NEWS: Annie broke the news to Ben and Meg that the Neptune capsized. Ben and Meg talked to Olivia about Gregory going after the Neptune, and about Trey's condition. Meg said she was praying for Trey, Sean and Caitlin.

TIME OUT, FOR SPAT #365: Olivia threatened Annie about telling Gregory she kidnapped her baby. Annie shot back that since Gregory forgave Olivia all of her misdeeds, he'd certainly forgive Annie this one. Olivia seethed that if Gregory found out that Annie stole Trey he wouldn't divorce her -- he'd kill her!

BAD MEMORIES: Ben and Meg told Joan that the Neptune capsized. Ben reminded her that there were search parties looking for the survivors of the shipwreck. Hank asked for Joan, who resolved not to say anything about Sara. Meg realized that this reminded him of the night that Maria died. Ben promised that unlike Maria, Sara wouldn't die.

CATCH UP TIME: Tim and Annie shared a joyful reunion. Annie told Tim that the ship that Sara was on capsized. She also informed him that she just got married to Gregory. Annie admitted that at first, it was just about money, but now she was learning to love him, and he loves her in his own way, too. Tim asked if Gregory loves her more than he loves Olivia; Annie insisted it didn't matter. Tim realized that Annie hadn't changed: she was still chasing after men who were in love with someone else.

FOR THE LOVE OF THE CHILDREN: Leo told Olivia that he didn't like the fact that AJ, who had always been honest with him, kept the existence of Cole a secret, even for a couple of weeks. Olivia explained that sometimes parents keep things from their children so as not to hurt them. The doctor interrupted with the news that he figured out why they couldn't stop Trey's bleeding. Trey's internal organs weren't fully formed, and so his blood wasn't clotting. He told Olivia that only blood from his mother could save him.

THE HELICOPTER: Gregory and AJ agreed not to mention Trey's condition to Caitlin and Cole.

SS NEPTUNE II

A WAY OUT?: Ricardo finished outlining the area for the opening with the blowtorch.

FACING THE PAST: Bette and Emily discussed their difficult past together. Bette admitted that she spent so much time looking for something, when it was right there waiting for her all along. They confessed their love for one another and made amends.

A WIDOW'S RAGE: Caitlin was inconsolable when Cole fell. She refused to leave without him. A distressed Francesca promised God that if Cole survived, she'd never do another bad thing again. Francesca reminded Caitlin that she needed to go back, because Cole would want her to go to Trey. Caitlin spat back that Cole would be alive if it wasn't for Francesca. If Francesca had been able to get over Cole, there wouldn't have been a cruise. Antonio stopped them from fighting and tried to get Caitlin to help Francesca, but Caitlin refused. Finally, the three of them went together. Meanwhile, Sean wouldn't leave the ship until Caitlin and the others returned. Emily wanted to stay with him, but Bette and Sean convinced her to go ahead. Once Caitlin, Francesca and Antonio made it through the underwater passage, Caitlin told Sean that Cole was dead.

THE RESCUERS!: Meanwhile, Ricardo and the others successfully pushed open the hole that Ricardo made in the ship, just as the helicopter passed overhead. They fired a flare, successfully attracting the helicopter's attention. Once the others had all gone up, Ricardo told Gabi to go ahead, because if he knows that she's alive, he'll have a reason to go on living. The harness came down for Antonio and Ricardo just as the boiler exploded!

THE HELICOPTER: Caitlin broke the news to AJ that Cole didn't make it.

THE OCEAN: We saw the empty plank that Casey and Sara had been on -- with a shark circling it!
