RICARDO'S APARTMENT: Gabi asked Ricardo why he thought that she knew something that he didn't about his own brother. He replied that he could tell that she wasn't telling everything that she knew. He asked her if Antonio had bought into Carmen's theory that Gabi was in love with another man, which made her ask him if he was starting to doubt her. When Gabi left to return to work, he assured her that he trusted her.
RICHARDS COMMUNICATIONS OFFICES: Tyus suggested that Vanessa take Lamaze classes and offered to be her coach. She replied that she needed some more time to think about it. He urged her to focus more on the baby, who will need a full time father, and that Michael wouldn't be that person.
SURF CENTRAL: Michael showed Virginia the letter, asking her why she was at Dr. Green's office the previous day. She tried to explain away her presence by telling Michael that there is a woman in a mouthwash commercial who looked just like her (LOL), but Michael didn't buy it. She claimed that she was there to give Dr. Green a piece of her mind for deceiving Vanessa. Michael pretended to believe this story. Michael eavesdropped when Virginia left a threatening message on Dr. Green's answering machine.
THE RESORT: Francesca told AJ that she was there to look for a job, and that she got lost on her way to personnel, but AJ didn't believe her. Francesca kissed AJ, and Cole walked in on them. Francesca slapped AJ. AJ told Cole that Francesca came on to him to make him forget that she was snooping around in his office; Cole said that Francesca was looking at the floor plans to plan to break into the guests' rooms once the resort opens. Francesca silently congratulated herself for misleading Cole and AJ about her real reasons for being in his office. AJ chewed out security for letting Francesca into the resort. When AJ said that he was going to look for bugs, Cole talked him out of it, saying that electronics really aren't Francesca's thing. Cole warned AJ that Francesca would turn his anger towards her into passion. After thinking about kissing Francesca, AJ called Olivia to tell her that he loves her.
MADAME CARMEN'S SHOP: Carmen read the cards, shouted, "Mi hijo! No!" and dashed from the room.
ST. JOSEPH'S: Maria tried to get Antonio to open up to her by reminding him that they used to be able to tell each other anything. He finally admitted to her that he was the other man that Carmen was convinced was in love with Gabi. Maria told Antonio that Antonio will still love Gabi in Guatemala, but he insisted that it would remove the temptation. Antonio and Maria said their farewells, and she left. Suddenly, Carmen showed up, declaring that Antonio had to leave before it was too late.
INN AT SUNSET BEACH: Francesca checked to make sure that the hookup was working. Cole came to see her, and told her that she hasn't been acting like herself, and that he knew that she was planning to use AJ to get to him. He told her that his life would be meaningless without Caitlin and Trey, and she said that she could make his life worthwhile. Cole stated that he hoped that they could be friends, but Francesca insisted that she could never go back to being just friends with him. He maintained that no one could ever change the way he feels about Caitlin. After he left, she said that Gregory will change the way he feels, and then she'd have him back -- even if it kills her.
DR. GREEN'S OFFICE: Michael told Dr. Green that Virginia sent him to get another letter.
THE RESORT: Gerard overheard Gabi telling AJ that she should catch the embezzler by the next day. He called Karen to tell her that he was going to go through with their contingency plan in case he got caught. Karen unsuccessfully tried to talk him out of it.
SUNSET BEACH POLICE DEPARTMENT: Karen came to speak to someone because Gabi was in danger.
THE RESORT: Gerard stood outside AJ's office brandishing a razor blade.
