INN AT SUNSET BEACH: Gregory blew his top when he found Annie in the suite wearing nothing but a whipped cream bikini. She claimed that she set this whole thing up just for him. When someone knocked on the door, Annie nearly panicked, but it turned out to be room service. The waiter remarked that they forgot the whipped cream, but he guessed that it was okay, because it looked like she brought her own. There was a note on the tray from the blackmailer saying that he was going to enjoy watching her try to get out of this. Annie tried to get Gregory to take her home, but he was determined to stay. After they finished making love, Gregory excused himself to take a shower, but he was really calling Annie. She threatened to put an end to their association, and he responded that soon it would be all over. Annie turned the room upside down looking for the camera that she assumed the blackmailer must have put in there. Gregory told her that he had a surprise for her.

Meanwhile, Cole told Francesca that Caitlin would never lie to him the way Francesca did. He also said that Caitlin has given him something that she never did -- a family. After Cole left, AJ taunted Francesca about how deep Caitlin and Cole's love is, and how what Cole and Francesca had will never come close.

SOUTH BAY GENERAL: After Ben gave in and told Maria that he loves her, she reminded him of their wedding, when he said that nothing in the world will ever come between them. Then Maria wanted Ben to promise that he'd never leave her again. He tried to get out of it, but she insisted that he say the words to her. When Dr. Estrada arrived, Ben asked to have a word with her in the hallway. He told her that Maria seemed to have lost the memory of everything that had happened since the night she disappeared. Dr. Estrada warned that if Ben told Maria about Meg, she may have an irreversible breakdown. Carmen and Antonio arrived, thinking that Dr. Estrada's message meant that Maria's memory had come back. Casey told Carmen that Maria fell down the stairs. Carmen insisted that Maria didn't just fall down the stairs. Meg took the blame. She told them what happened, and Carmen accused Meg of trying to kill Maria. Ben told Carmen and Antonio that it was an accident and that Maria will be fine physically, but that they'd better talk to Dr. Estrada about her emotional condition.

When they were alone together, Ben told Meg that Maria only remembered up to the night she disappeared, but nothing after that. Meg asked if Ben blamed her for Maria's accident, and Ben responded that he didn't think that it was appropriate to blame anyone for Maria's accident. Meg confessed to overhearing Ben profess his love for Maria. She asked him to tell her that he was only comforting her, which he did. Meg didn't believe him if he's sure that that's all he was doing. She leaped to the assumption that Ben was still in love with Maria and that she's just been in denial. Maria told Dr. Estrada that she needed to hear Ben tell her that he loves her and that they'll always be together.

INN AT SUNSET BEACH: Francesca returned to her room -- next door to AJ's. She called for Caitlin and was told that she was on her way to the club. She called the club and left a message for Caitlin when she arrived.

THE CLUB: Caitlin arrived and the Maitre d' gave her the message -- "Cole knows." He assured Caitlin that he got the message correct. Caitlin bolted, but bumped into Cole on the way out. She apologized profusely, bursting into tears.
