INN AT SUNSET BEACH

PLEASE DON'T GO: PLEASE DON'T GO: Cole informed Olivia that he wanted to take Caitlin and Trey to San Diego so that Elaine can meet her grandson. He added that he might stick around to look for work there. A frantic Olivia tried to convince them not to go.

NOTHING TO LIVE FOR: Standing on the ledge, about to jump, Annie confessed to Gregory that she fell in love with him. She went on to say that her discovery that he doesn't love her gave her no reason to go on living. She wasn't surprised that he didn't love her, and told him the extent that Del would go to to send her away. She alienates everyone she loves. Gregory protested that he really does care about her. She retorted that if he cared about her he wouldn't have made her go through everything she went through to marry him. He said it was fascinating to watch her; she's one of the most exciting women he's ever known. He stated that someday he could learn to love her.

Olivia baited Annie, telling her that no one loves her because she's unlovable. Annie agreed that Olivia's right. Olivia urged Annie to jump, but Bette arrived and tried to talk her niece down. Annie declared that if Gregory really cares about her, he'd tear up the prenuptial agreement. Olivia said that Annie staged this whole thing to get her stock back, but Bette urged that if that's what it takes to get Annie off of the ledge, he should do it. Gregory agreed that he'd rip up the prenuptial agreement and Olivia stormed back into the house in frustration, slamming the window shut as she left. The vibration of the window caused Annie to fall just as Gregory was reaching to help her down!

THE BEACH: Francesca approached Emily and Sean and thanked them for all of their help on the ship. She asked where the Richardses were staying, and they gave her directions to the Inn at Sunset Beach. Brad and Amy arrived to needle Emily, just in time for Bette to show up to overdo the mom thing again. Emily was quite embarrassed.

When Emily and Amy were left alone, Emily told her that she'd never have Sean. Amy responded that she'd be with Sean if Emily wasn't in the picture. After Sean rescued Emily from his ex-girlfriend, Brad came on to Amy, but she was so wrapped up in fuming over Sean and Emily, she didn't notice.

GRENADINE'S: Leo came upon AJ on the phone, and said he knows that his father was planning to send him back to Europe. AJ tried to convince Leo not to be threatened by Cole.

Caitlin tried to talk Cole out of leaving town. She asked why he was so desperate to leave town just as Francesca arrived. Cole went to call Elaine and tell her that they haven't decided what they're going to do. While he was away, AJ approached Caitlin and asked her to help him become closer to Cole. Meanwhile, Cole confronted Francesca, who claimed that she wasn't stalking him. After Cole returned to his table, Francesca called someone to get information on Cole.

ELAINE'S WAFFLE SHOP: Hank informed Joan that he was fixing up the waffle shop. He thought once the repairs were done, they should approach Elaine about running the waffle shop in her absence.

Sara and Casey came to speak to her parents, but they arrived too late -- they had already seen the newspaper with their picture in it. Sara explained everything to her parents. Casey thanked them for understanding that he and Sara were just friends.

Leo and Sean met for the first time. They both volunteered to help Hank and Joan repair the waffle shop.

THE BEACH: Casey apologized to Sara for kissing her and promised that, considering what she went through with Congressman Blythe, he'd never come on to her again. A phone call for Casey interrupted their talk. Sara believed that this proved that after Congressman Blythe, no decent man would have anything to do with her.

INN AT SUNSET BEACH: When the doctor said that Cole can't leave town, AJ informed him that Caitlin has promised to help keep him in Sunset Beach.
