SS NEPTUNE II

A STEAMY SITUATION: When he discovered that steam was blocking their way out, Ricardo tried to shut off the valve. In the process, the steam scalded him. He expressed doubts that they would make it, but Gabi refused to let him give up. She told him that he was the bravest man she had ever known. Finally, Ricardo was able to shut off the steam.

DESPERATE TIMES...: Caitlin started agitating to go for help, but Cole insisted that they couldn't just go wandering around the ship, they had to develop a plan. Francesca made a suggestion. When she and Cole worked together, they used a short wave radio to keep in touch with each other. She continued with that while working with Phillip, and informed Cole there was a radio in Kurt's room. Cole headed down to Kurt's room. Soon after, Antonio found Caitlin and Francesca. Caitlin went after Cole, leaving Antonio alone with Francesca.

DESPERATE MEASURES: Francesca started praying. Antonio told her to drop the act, because this wasn't a con, this was real life. Francesca admitted to Antonio that she was afraid. Antonio said that it's natural to be scared, but that she can't give up hope, because hope could make the difference between living and dying. Francesca told Antonio that she regretted her missed opportunities. She asked Antonio to hear her confession.

Meanwhile, Caitlin caught up to Cole. While she was trying to convince Cole to go back to Antonio with her, he got the radio working again. Elsewhere, Phillip regained consciousness and vowed to make Cole pay. He found Cole and shot at him!

TYUS'S SUNSET BEACH APARTMENT: Virginia dropped the vial, and it broke. The police officer promised to find Michael and Vanessa, but she said that it might already be too late. Down below, Michael insisted to Vanessa that he wanted to be the one to test the cure for Martin's Syndrome for her. He believed that once they were both cured, they'd live happily ever after.

When Vanessa and Michael were rescued, the police officer told them that Virginia wouldn't give up on them. Vanessa, Michael and Virginia shared hugs. Virginia felt guilty when she spotted the sores on Michael's arm. Virginia revealed to Michael and Vanessa that the cure was destroyed. Vanessa nearly despaired, but Michael assured her that the important thing was that they were together.

SOUTH BAY GENERAL: The doctor informed Olivia that Trey was bleeding and they couldn't stop it. All they could do was monitor his condition. Annie informed AJ that Olivia told the doctor that Trey is her son to save time so that they don't have to find Caitlin and Cole.

Gregory decided to track Caitlin down so they can tell her about Trey's condition. However, because of the earthquake, he was unable reach anyone who even knew the name of the ship that Caitlin and Cole were on.

Olivia asked AJ about Leo. AJ said that he wanted to tell her that he had another son, but that it never seemed to be the right time. AJ asked if there was anything that Olivia wanted to get off her chest, but Annie's presence kept Olivia from confessing to him. When Annie urged Olivia to keep calm, Olivia turned on her. Olivia ranted that Annie has done nothing but hurt the Richards family. If Annie wanted to hang onto being Gregory's wife, she'd better pray that Trey survived because if Trey died, she wouldn't be able to keep herself from telling the truth.

Wanting to do something to help, Leo went to donate blood. After AJ talked to the woman in charge of taking blood, she told Leo that they don't need any of his blood type.
