BEN’S HOUSE: Ben explained to Benjy that Meg was accompanying them to the hospital because she was a special friend. Ben said that it made him happy to take Meg places with him.
ST. JOSEPH'S:
Gabi told Antonio that she had tried to confront Francesca, but when she arrived, Francesca had already been shot. She thought that Francesca was dead, so she left. He insisted that they had to go to Ricardo and tell him everything about their affair. Gabi insisted that she had to handle this herself to protect Antonio, but he said that he wouldn't let her face this alone.
INN AT SUNSET BEACH:
AJ told Leo that he had to return to Switzerland. Leo asked if AJ was a suspect -- or if Cole was. When AJ admitted that both he and Cole were suspects, among others, Leo insisted that AJ could never have any murderous impulses.
RICHARDS HOUSE:
Two officers arrived with a search warrant. Upon learning that the officers were specifically permitted in the warrant to look for evidence connecting Cole with the murder, Gregory let them go ahead. Caitlin asked Gregory to stop the search, but he refused. Gregory convinced Caitlin not to leave by telling her that she had to do it for Trey.
Leo told Sean and Emily that he was leaving town.
Gregory asked Olivia to move back in -- so that they could present a united front. Olivia didn't believe that was all he wanted but accepted Gregory's offer. When Caitlin asked why he was doing this, he told her that he despised Olivia, and that she'd never raise Trey.
SUNSET BEACH POLICE DEPARTMENT:
Ricardo told Cole that Francesca died from her bullet wound. Ricardo asked Cole about his whereabouts when she was shot, and asked him to confess for Caitlin and Trey's sake. AJ came to visit Cole.
Gabi and Antonio watched Ruiz put one of the unlabeled tapes in a VCR.
Ricardo told Cole that they had found a gun in his car.
SOUTH BAY GENERAL:
When Benjy was reluctant to let Tyus take his blood, Ben calmed his fears. Tyus told them that the test results would be ready later today. Ben offered to let Benjy stay with them.
OUTSIDE:
Ben treated Meg to a romantic picnic by the ocean.
BEN'S HOUSE:
Maria told Annie about Benjy. Annie asked Maria to find out if Ricardo suspected Cole of murdering Francesca. Maria refused to do it because she wouldn't be able to ask her brother straight out -- she'd have to manipulate him to gain that information.
