* Cameron's Apartment *

Cameron was lying in his bed thinking how his life could of been different if he had told Amanda the truth about the baby sooner or kept believing that Gary & Amanda were still alive in that tunnel last summer but the truth came out and no one seemed to need him around anymore. He was leaving Bay City and his love!

" All I wanted was a life with my brother and with Amanda and her family but even I couldn't manage that!"

" I sacrificed everything for Josie and what does she and the hubby do.... kick me to the curb!"

Cameron had a week or two before his new apartment would be ready. He has tried to talk to Gary but he won't let him within 10 feet of him or his family! Cameron has also been trying to talk to Amanda but lately Mr. Halliday has been occupying a lot of her time!

* Cass's Office *

" I think the sooner we find out what Stark is up to, the better!" said Cass to Matt

" I agree but we need to make sure everyone stays safe!"

" Yeah.... hey Cameron was your old security guard type, wasn't he?

" Yeah, why?"

" Well he could stay in his old room and protect the family while we see what Stark is capable of."

" And he is a PI too.... he could help... I mean if I told him Amanda might be in danger I would have to drag him away from the work!"

" Well then that only leaves one little obstacle before starting our mission."

" What?"

" Telling Amanda !"

" We work hard enough.... I'll leave that one to Rachel !!"

* Cory Mansion *

" Well sure I want the family to be safe, Matthew, but I don't think having Cameron here is the best plan!"

" Sure it is, he'll keep the family safe, help me and Cass with his PI talent and you of all people know how Amanda has been lately...... This is good for everyone!!"

" Well have you asked Cameron or told Amanda yet?"

" See... me and Cass will be working so hard and w......"

" You coward! I'll tell them both!"

* Cameron's Apartment *

( knock, knock)

" Well hello Mrs. Hutchins hum..... what do you need?"

" Well first I need to come in, then I need to talk to you."

" Oh, sorry about that, come on in. What's up?"

" I need to talk to you and your answer depends on the lives of my family & I."

" Geeze.. Are you sure you are meaning to talk to me??"

" Yes Cameron, you are one of the best security experts I know and now your work is a matter of life & death..... so I've been told!"

" Well if it means that much I'd be willing to try."

" I need you to take up your old job just as it was while Matt, Cass and maybe some PI help from you, try to find out what Stark is up to!"

" Is it okay with Am... everyone?"

" Yes, you can start next week."

" Ok Mrs. Hutchins."

" I've told you more than once to call me Rachel."

" Sorry Mrs. Hu.... I mean Rachel"

" See you then."

Cameron had arrived and had put everything into his old room. Matt & Cass told him exactly what they were doing. Rachel had not yet told Amanda that Cameron was going to be a guest for quite some time and really .... she didn't plan on it but Amanda was about to find out for herself that Cameron was back into her life.

* Cory Mansion *

Amanda has been a wreck lately without Cameron and Gary didn't want to talk to her either after he figured out that she knew all about Boca Lynda and the baby. Even Alli had left to go back to school. She knew there was only one place she would feel happy & safe..... Cameron's old room!

She opened the door .... she could close her eyes and remember great times between her & Cameron. She felt like he was in the room still.

She sat on the bed, closed her eyes and thoughts of Cameron flew into her head!

" Well princess... I think mt alarm clock would of worked fine!"

" What the hell are you doing here!?!"

" Me?? This is my room."

" Since when?"

" Didn't your mom tell you... I was hired to protect you & your family."

" And we need protection from you why...?"

" You have been spending way too much time with Halliday! Your brother & Cass are working to figure out Stark and didn't want anyone to get hurt."

" David is just a friend and besides he's not my type!"

Cameron couldn't help to smile. " Oh really... what is your type?"

" A handsome man, who loves me, someone who is sensitive, caring & great in bed!"

" Check, Check, Check, Check & CHECK!!"

" And someone whose first child is between him and me and not his sister-in-law!"

With that she left to go talk to her mom!

" How could you let him in this house without telling me?!"

" I did what was important to help the family."

" But... Cameron!"

Well you already know this but I think you need to be reminded..... Cameron is a good man who loves you very much..... and all people make mistakes!"

She left while Amanda thought about her life with or without Cameron. Did she make the right choice?? She had to find out...... TONIGHT!!!!

Right when she was going up stairs the door bell rang.

" David?... What are you doing here so late?"

" I'....m .... sorry... were you going to bed?"

" Not exactly! I was going up to do some.... work."

" Anything I can help with?"

" NO!... I mean no... I have to do this one on my own."

With that she said good-night and for once in a long time she looked forward to what was going to happen as she went up stairs!

Cameron was looking at the stars remembering the times when he & Amanda had shared them ..... then he heard a knock.

" You took a wrong turn princess.... your room is that way."

" Yes, I know that but there is something I have to do first."

" And what's that?"

" This."

She stepped forward and took his lips to meet hers for a long passionate kiss before she pulled away and looked at Cameron.

" I'm..... confused!"

" I thought you might be..... you see I started thinking about what you have been saying and what others have been saying and well I can't picture my life without you and I do believe that are love for each other is strong enough to get passed this and anything else that comes!"

" Does this mean you forgive me?"

" Well.... I have some requests first!"

"Name them!"

" one... only be a uncle to this baby."

" I can't even do that now thanks to Gary so sure."

" two.. Honesty... ALWAYS!"

" Check."

" three... promise me your next kid is with me."

" PROMISE!"

After a long passionate kiss they realized they were still in the doorway! They locked the door and unplugged the phone! Cameron swept Amanda off her feet and onto the bed. With them both needing each other so much they gave in and began their new life together. Each time they made love it was better and made them both finally feel complete!

Cameron & Amanda both woke up in each others arms but to a knocking on Cameron's door. It was Claudia.

" Miss Cory.... Mr. Halliday is here for the appointment you set up."

" I'll be right there."

" That guy has really bad timing!"

" I did set the meeting up but that was before I knew I was going to get my life back together."

" Come on... lets go."

" I'll be there in a little bit."

" Hello David, sorry to keep you waiting..... I just woke up."

" I understand, you looked like you worked hard last night."

" I wasn't the only one!"

" Huh??"

( Cam enters)

" Amanda what would you like for breakfast or is it lunch???.... whatever!"

" You are going to wish you didn't say that!"

" Amanda??? Cameron in the house....What's going on?"

" Well..... he is working here again."

" That has to be hard on you... if you ever need to talk...."

" Actually Cameron & I had a talk last night and I realized that I couldn't live without him!"

David sensing that his true identity is about to come out leaves the room telling Cameron & Amanda he had another meeting. Rachel seeing that they were back together offered to take Cameron, Amanda, Matt, Cass, Lila & herself to dinner.

( Rachel taps her glass)

" I would like to make a toast..... to love!"

" To love!"

Cameron & Amanda couldn't keep their eyes off each other and it wasn't because they were sitting across from each other. They both just sat there wondering why they agreed to come to dinner when they could be at home doing something just the 2 of them.

" Um..... Amanda.... that's my foot.... Cameron's foot is a little more to the right!"

(Blushes) " sorry, Matt..... What are you laughing at, darling??!"

" Nothing.... nothing at all. OUCH! What was that for?"

" Oh nothing, nothing at all!"

After they all enjoyed their meals & the time together , they wanted to go see a movie. Cam & Amanda passed and went home. Cameron was out on the terrace looking at the stars.

" I figured when we got home, you would be looking at me instead of our stars."

As he turned around he put his arms across her waist and pulled her closer.

" Our star uh?!"

" Yeah, you said it your self it was fate within the stars that we are together."

" I was just thanking them & god that you came back to me."

" Do the same for me!"

So happy she said that he kissed her & carried her to her room. He had laid her softly on the bed and trailed kisses all around her body until their lips met & they made sweet love.

* Lumina Foundation*

Jordan/ David was very displeased to hear Cameron had squirmed his way back into his Amalie's life. Was his precious Amalie trapped into Cameron's love or was it true love? He had to find out... and like everything else.... he would find someway to make everything go his way! But he had to get rid of Cameron first..... but how???

" How could she forgive him?"

" I don't know sir, maybe you took a wrong approach."

" I think you're right, the only thing left to do is to kill Cameron Sinclair!"

" Kill him???.... sir I think that also might be the wrong approach!"

" SHUT UP Miss Allen or you'll find yourself just as Zak is now!"

" Certainly sir, is there anything I can get for you?"

" Yes, a truck driver."

Stark has " luminized" a trunk to hit Cameron. Yet at the Cory mansion, Matt & Cass were not progressing on finding out anything about Stark. But Cameron & Amanda were happy on " Cloud 9" and decided to take a walk.

" I don't think I could be any happier than I am right now!"

" Oh really.... how about now!" ( as he pulls her in for a short but sweet kiss!)

" Okay, I lied!"

They walk hand in hand, until Cameron notices a little girl running into the street to get her ball. He also sees a truck driver going full speed and not stopping. He dashes to save the girl only to get hit by the truck himself.

" CAMERON!!! Someone call 911!!!!"

Cameron is rushed to the hospital to believe of having a severe concussion and a couple of broken hip bones. The doctor says that they will have to wait until he wakes up before they can do anything....... IF he wakes up!!!

* Hospital *

Cameron hasn't been awake for a week but he has shown improvement. The doctors need him to awake before they can begin to repair his rips or anything else that might be damaged. Amanda has been by his side almost the whole time except when David called and asked if she was ok. Amanda was starting to get suspicious of why David cared so much but just let it go away because she had to worry about Cameron.

" Oh, Cameron... you have to wake up, I need you... people need you!"

" Real....ly..... what.... people?"

" oh, my god! Thank you, thank you god!"

" You're welcome."

(Laughs) " Cameron you are one of a kind."

" I feel like two of a kind."

Oh, right. I'll get a doctor."

" Wait..... how is the little girl?"

" Thanks to you.... she's fine."

" And the driver?"

" He's in jail but he doesn't know what he did wrong. Its like he was programmed to hit you. But enough of that... I'm getting the doctor!"

" Can I have a kiss first?"

" Of course!"

" Excuse me doctor..... Cameron has awakened and seems to be fine... mentally!"

" Okay, I'll go see him right away."

" Doctor before you go I need to know where to go to see if I was pregnant."

( Smiles) Of course.... down the hall, to the left & second door on the right. Good luck ! "

" Thank you."

Today Cameron is going into surgery for 2 broken rips.

" So, you are going to be here when I get out, right?"

" Of course, and I have a surprise for you too."

" A kiss?!"

" No, that's for now!" ( kiss )

" I love you!"

" I love you too Cameron."

Amanda went home for a coupe of hours even after Cameron would get out of surgery they plan for him to sleep for awhile due to the sodium prenatal. Unfortunately she wouldn't be alone... David stopped by.

" Hello David, what do you need?"

" Hello... ummm... well.... you."

" Excuse me!"

" No.. Haha... I mean for the Brava magazine."

" Oh well I only have a little bit, I have to get back to the hospital before Cam waks p form surgery."

" Well then we better get started."

" Yes, now I have to go to Chicago in a couple days so you'll have to make sure nothing goes wrong here."

" Wait? I thought I was going to Chicago..... I already have a ticket."

" Well so do I. How about we both go, you could learn a few things"

" Well if it isn't to much trouble.."

" Of course not, it's just business.

" Okay then!"

" I'll talk to you later, I better get going."

" okay.. I'll call you tonight to make the arrangements."

" It might be better if you call tomorrow.. I don't plan on being available tonight!"

" Very well, have a nice evening Amanda.... Good bye."

* Hospital*

" Miss Cory, bad news about Mr. Sinclair, he went into shock and is now stable but not awakening."

" NO! Is there anything I can do?!"

" Pray that he doesn't slip into a coma!"

" Can I see him?"

"Certainly."

" Cameron, you have to wake up. We haven't done enough together! We still have to get married again and have lots of kids, not just this one! Now see..... you made me ruin the surprise! But there will be plenty of time for surprises once you wake up.... You have to wake up though!"

Amanda slept by his side all night hoping fr some sign that she would have the chance to stay by his side for many years to come. But would she? Did David win?
