PART 4

"What in the hell are you doing here?" Cameron asks the girl before him.

"Why hello there Cameron. Surprised to see me?" The stranger asks. Her red curls curls fall just beneath her shoulder blades, and her big blue eyes, stare up at him, sedcutivley.

Cameron grabs her arms and begins pulling her away from everyone else.

"I want you to get back on a bus, or train, or boat, or however you got here, and go right back to where ever you came from." Cameron asked really upset

"Let go of me!" said the mysterious stranger "Cameron! Your hurting me." She yells

"Would you shut up!" he barked at her "I want you to leave Bay City. Tonight!"

"No, I like it here. I think I'll stay for awhile. Nice little town ya know. Real friendly."

"What are you doing here? Why are you here" he asks curiously

"Well I was running to my car in heels, you know me. Stupid as ever, and well, I slipped, and sprained my ankle" she repiled showing off her neatly wrapped ankle.

"No, I mean in Bay City!" Cameron replies irrated

"Well, I heard you settled down here, and I thought a visit was way overdue! Don't you think?"

"No, I don't" he said "I think you should go"

"Did I mention your mom's been asking about ya? She's really worried."

"What? Julia what in the hell are you talking about?"

"Well Mrs. Sinclair gets awful lonley in the pysco ward you put her in. She thinks you've died and gone up to be with the angels." she said pretending to fly

"Damn it Julia! What's wrong with you?" yells Cameron

"What's wrong with me? Nothing!" She laughs "I think you have the problem. Running around with Bimbo Barbie"

"You leave Amanda out of this, you hear me!" Cameron yells "Turn around, walk out that door, get in a car, drive for a long time, and never look back. Got it? I don't ever want to see you again." And with that Cameron stomps out of the room.

Amanda is now sitting in the waiting area, with her head buried in her hands. Cameron stops and stares at her. His face turns soft. He walks over to her

"Hey" Cameron asks softly "you ok?" he asks sitting down next to her.

"No." She repiles looking up, her face tear striken, and her eyes red from crying.

"Is there anything I can do for you?" he asks

"You could tell me why. Why did Sam have to die? Why do I have to tell my little girl that her daddy is dead. WHY CAMERON!" Amanda screams "Tell me why?" she asks pounding his chest.

Cameron grabbed Amanda and wrapped his arms around her. He gently rocked back and forth.

"Have you seen Alli lately?" He asked finally breaking the silence

"She's asleep. I sat and watched her sleep for a long time. I tried to think of what I was going to tell her, but I couldn't think of anything."

Cameron didn't know what to say. All he could do was hug her.

(A short while later)

Amanda was sitting down next to Alli's bed taking to her, and began to pray.

"Dear Lord, I know this may not be fair, but it's not like you've been really fair either. You've taken Sam from us, do you really need Alli too? All I ask is that you let us have Alli, it's only fair. I'll do anything. Lord please." Amanda grabbed a hold of Alli's hand, and a nurse walked in.

"Miss Cory, I'm sorry but it's really late, Alli needs lots of rest, if she's gonna pull through. If you'd like you can stay in the waiting room, but I'm gonna have to ask you to leave this room."

"Ok, Amanda nodded, and then said. "I'll be back soon honey. You just hold on for mommy, ok? See you later." and she kissed her forehead.

She left Alli's room, and plopped down in a chair, and took a huge breath of air.

"Why? Lord why?" And she got back up, and walked into Sam's room. It had only been a few hours ago that he died, but she still couldn't believe it. She opened the door, and the blanket was pulled up over his head, and a tag was hanging from his foot. Amanda walked over to the bed, and read the tag.

"DELIVER TO MORGUE" was stamped across the front.

"The morgue" Amanda wispered "For dead people.People who have died" She couldn't yet process everything that was happening.

"Damn you Sam" she finally said. "Damn you for leaving me alone to tell our daughter your gone. Why did you do this to me? Did you want to get back at me for all the pain I put you through? Is that it? Well congradulations, because I think we are now even. But you got the easy way out. Your in heaven now, and I'm still here, hurting, and I still have to tell our daughter. Sam there must have been some mistake. This wasn't supposed to happen to you." Amanda stepped back and with tears in her eyes everything finally hit her, and she knew Sam was never coming back, he was no longer alive. She was here, but he was gone. "Goodbye Sam. I loved you, I truely did." she said crying harder, now she asked "Now that your in heaven, will you do a favor for me? Will you ask God, to let Alli live? Will you ask him to spare her life?" she said looking up toward heaven. She paused and then said "Goodbye Sam. I hope to see you again someday." Amanda stepped back, and walked out the door, right into Cameron's waiting arms. The two stood and held on to each other. Neither one ever wanted to let go.

Julia seeing Cameron and Amanda, said to herself. "Sorry Cameron, I can't leave yet. I haven't done what I came to do". Letting a sly smile cross her lips.

PART 5

(The next morning, and what would have been Cam/Amanda's wedding day)

Cameron a just driffted off to sleep in some chairs in the waiting area. Julia walks in, and takes a look at them, and says to herself.

"Oh Cameron, things are just starting for you. You just wait. You and Barbie, have problems now, but you just wait." she says laughing to herself. Her red hair, is tightly pulled back in a pony tail, and her black pants and red shirt cling to her nice figure.

Cameron's eyes flutter open, and he rubs his neck. Julia slips back around the corner, out of sight. Cameron stands up and streches. He glances at his watch.

"It's still pretty early, I doubt if Gary's up yet" Cameron says to himself

He rubs his neck again, and peeks in on Alli. He sees Amanda in the room, with her head buried on Alli's lap. He smiles to himself. "Amanda, I bet you forgot what today was." he said sadly "But I haven't." he pauses, and turns away from the door. "This was supposed to be the happiest day of our lives. Our wedding day." he then scolds himself "Her ex husband just died, and her daughter's barely alive, and your worried about your stupid wedding." he shakes his head in disgust. He decides to bring Amanda something to eat, and heads to the cafeteria. Julia steps back out from the corner, and smiles.

"Breakfast." he said smiling "Ok, it's not French Toast, Eggs, and OJ, but this is no Cory House either." and hands her the muffin, and orange juice.

"Thanks." she said 1/2 heartdly "but I'm not really hungry"

"You need to eat my darling! Now come one, it's really good"

"Cameron" she began

"I know Claudia didn't prepare it, but it isn't half bad, believe me!"

"Fine." and she bites down in the muffin

"See!" he said

"Your right, it's not bad" and she takes another bite.

"How's Alli" he asks

"No change really"

"Don't give up, I think she'll come around today. You just have to believe"

"I do! I do believe, it just gets hard sometimes." She sits down in a chair, and finishes her muffin. "These past few days have to be one of the worst days of my life" she says angrily, yet with saddness still creeping in.

Cameron turns away, thinking about what day this was supposed to be.

Amanda starts in softly "You think I forgot" she said

Acting clueless "Forgot what?" he asked

"Cameron, I can see it in your eyes. You didn't forget a thing. We both know what today was supposed to be."

A tear escapes from Cameron's eye, and he whipped it away quickly. "Amanda, don't. Ok. I totally understand. Sam just died, and Alli's in there fighting for her life, so don't worry about our wedding."

"Cameron, this was supposed to be OUR day. The happiest day of our lives, and now look at it. It turned into a total nightmare. But please know that I love you. I still want to marry you. I still want to be your wife." this time it was her that was crying.

He took her in his arms, and they kissed passionently.

"Miss Cory, we have good news" a doctor said breaking them apart "Alli is starting to come to." an excited smile crept across her tear streaked face. She quickly hugged Cameron and ran in Alli's room. But before Cameron could follow, his eyes were drawn to a familiar figure standing in the shadows.

"Damn it Julia, I thought I told you to leave town!" Cameron said coming face to face with the red haired women.

"Oh I know, but I just couldn't leave. Not yet." she said smiling.

"And why not?" he asked angerly

"Because, I didn't wanna. Besides why should I leave?"

"Julia, your up to no good. You always are! Besides why would you want to stay in Bay City?"

"Cameron, you just don't want everyone to know the truth. You don't want everyone to know that we were lovers, or how your dad really died. Now isn't that right, Cameron?"

PART 6

Carmen's face drops.

Julia smiles "Oops, did I let the cat out of the bag!" she says sarcastily. "But it's not really a secret, well not to you and me anyways."

"Julia, my God, what are you doing? Are you trying to ruin my life! I told you to just stay the hell away from me."

"Sorry Cammy, I can't. Now, if you'll do what I want, no one ever has to know the truth. I'm sure you don't want anyone to know, how daddy dearest really died, nor do you want it know how we really know each other."

"First of Julia, no one even knows we know each other, and I'd like to keep it that way. Second of all, don't you EVER bring up the past again. I killed my dad, that is what everyone believes, and that is the way it's gonna stay. Got it?"

"Woah Cam, your jumping a bit ahead of me here. You see, I need a little help, and your gonna help me, or well, I'm just gonna have to let your little secrets slip one by one." her face beamed with joy as a huge smile crept across her face.

"Hello! Cameron, are you gonna help me or not?"

"yes" he said quietly

"Good! I knew you wouldn't let me down. I'm pretty broke, right now, and" but Cameron butted in

"Woah Julia, I don't have any money. I'm probably just as broke as you. So if it's money you want, I really can't help"

"Cameron your doing it again" she said laughing "your jumping in before I can finish. I know of a few people with a few things, they won't miss, if ya know what I mean."

"What are you talking about?" Cameron asked confused

Julia grew irratated "DUH moron, I'm gonna steal some jewlery, art work, ya know the usual stuff."

"What? Juila why?"

"My boss gives me big bucks for good stuff."

"Boss?" Cameron echoed

"Yes, you know the guy who sits in an office, does nothing but order people around, and hand out paychecks."

"Julia" Cameron said irrated

"Look, what I need you to do, is be ready to go at midnight tonight, for our first bust, kay."

"Julia I can't."

"Well then you know what will happen!" She said smiling knowing what Cameron will end up doing.

Cameron nodded slowly, and walked away.

"What's wrong?" she asked

"Your asking me? Please, how's Alli? Is she awake?"

"Yes! She opened her eyes. I don't know when I've been happier!"

Cameron smiled, and took Amanda in his arms. "I'm really happy for you" and planted a kiss on her forehead.

"Cameron, follow me I have a suprise for you." Amanda said smiling

"A suprise?" he asked shocked

She just smiled, and led him toward the chapel, where candles were lit up, some flowers were spread around the chapel, Rachel and Josie sat in the first pew, and Gary had planned on "giving Amanda away". At the front of the chapel stood a priest.

"What's all this?"

"Well, I know how much we were really looking forward to this day. I know everything isn't how we planned, but at least we'll be together. The next will be really hard and strained, with Ali, and Sam. I thought we should do this now. I know only Gary, Josie and Rachel could be with us, but we can do the whole thing over later with friends and family, and all that, but the most important thing is we'll be man and wife."

Cameron was speechless

"There is a change of clothes, in that room over there" she said pointing

And he gave her a quick kiss, and ran off to change.

They joined hands, and the minister began.

They couple started a shorted version of their orginal vows. Amanda went first.

"Cameron, things haven't always gone easy for us. A lot of things have stood in our way, but one thing was always clear to me. We loved each other. We always had love. Every since the first time I looked into your eyes, I knew we were ment to be together. I love you, and I promise to be faithful to you and love you forever."

Cameron began "Amanda, you have been the best thing to come into my life. You are everything I always dreamed about. I never thought love like ours existed. I lie awake at night, and thank the Lord you were able to love me for who I really am." a few tears escaped from Cameron's eyes "I'm not always easy to read, or get along with, but you love me anyways. You and Ali are my life now. I promise to love you all the days of my life."

The minister pronouced them husband and wife, and they kissed.

Cameron, Josie, Rachel, Amanda, and Gary were standing outside of the chapel.

Cameron and Amanda were hugging, "I can't believe you did this. " he said "this has to be the happiest day of my life." he said happily.

"Mine too, Cameron." she whispered "Look, I'm gonna go check on Ali and I'll be right back, ok?" and they kissed and she took off.

"Well little brother, your now a married man!" Gary said chuckling "Sorry I couldn't throw you a huge bachelor party!"

"Hey that's ok!" he said slapping Gary on the back, when he's phone rang.

"Exuse me" Cameron said

"Hello?"

"Cameron?"

"Julia? What in the hell are you calling me for?"

"Can you talk?"

(Cameron stepped away from the group)

"What is it?"

"I know our target for tonight." Julia said

" "You know, you help me, I keep my mouth zipped."

"Right" Cameron said glumly, wishing he could take it all back.

"Our first target is an easy one, I believe you know them."

"Who?" he asked curioulsy

"The Corys. Tonight we are going to make the Cory's one unhappy family, but make me one rich women!"

PART 7

Cameron's face hardend "No" he said into the phone

"What do you mean NO?" Julia responded angerily

"I mean, no, the deal is off, tell everyone whatever you want, but I'm going to tell Amanda, and Gary first. Thet deserves to know, and so help me God if you go anywhere near the Cory house or any other house in Bay City, I'll blow you right out of the water." and with that, he slapped his cellphone shut "I just hope they'll understand" he said to himself

Gary walked over "You alright buddy?"

"Yes, I'm just fine" he said turning his head toward Gary's.

"Good, because I think you and your wife should go and make the most of tonight." he said with a sly grin on his face

(A short while later)

Amanda came back from Ali's room, and Rachel asked how Ali was.

"She is doing better. I think she's gonna pull through. I haven't said anything about Sam, but I sure hope I can find the right words to use." she said sadly

"Now don't you worry" Rachel said "I'm sure you will, and we'll all be around to help and support both of you." she said giving Amanda a hug. "Now, I think someone is wondering where you are" she said smiling, and gesturing towards Cameron. She gave her mom a quick kiss and walked over to Cameron.

"Hello there" she said "Miss me?"

"Always" he said kissing her

"Do you like my suprise, or was it to much?"

"I loved your suprise. I'm just suprised, that you had time, and even the will to do it all. With Ali, and Sam, I just figured, we'd postpone the wedding, until maybe Christams or something."

"I know. I had this sudden burst of energy, and I couldn't imagine waiting any longer. This has been a rough few days, but you've stood by me, and helped me, and I love you even more for it. I just knew that with you by my side, we could get through anything."

"Amanda, even if we weren't married, I would have stood by you. I love you, and wouldn't dream of going anywhere without you!"

"I know but it's just different, being man and wife."

"I know, it feels great!" he said laughing

"Now, we can have a big reception, and the wedding we always wanted once Ali's better, and this whole ordeal with Sam is over."

Cameron's thoughts focused on his past conversation with Julia.

"Amanda, this is something I need to tell you. Since your my wife now, I thought it would be best if I tell you first." he said hoping that she would understand.

After gathering Gary and Amanda up, and sitting them down in a small little conference room, Cameron began to explain, what he was doing.

"I don't really know what to say, but I know that you both need to learn the truth."

"The truth?" Amanda asked

"About what?" Gary added in

"I'm going to tell you. I'm going to tell you both, how our father died" he said looking at Gary. "It's time you both learned the truth." he said shifting his gaze between Amanda and Gary.

Gary and Amanda look extermely suprised, and Cameron's face is full of fear.

PART 8

Cameron's eyes locked with Gary's.

"What do you mean Cameron? No offense but we all know how dad died. You killed him." Gary said

Cameron's gaze shifted from Gary's to Amanda's. Her eyes were full of trust, but doubt was starting to take over.

"You see, that's what you think" he said uncomfortably "but the truth is, what really happened, I mean" but he had to stop. "I'm sorr, everything is trying to come out all at once" he shifted his weight

"Go on" Gary said flatly wanting to hear the truth

He nodded. "It was late, and I walked into the living room, where I saw mom. She had some bags in her hands, and I kind of already knew what she was going to do. She was going to leave. I heard dad come downstairs, and mom tried to hurry out the door. Dad saw her and of course he was drunk. He attacked her, but she had a gun this time."

Cameron puased to wipe a tear coming from his eye. He turned away, and began again. "She shot him once, and dropped the gun. She couldn't believe what she did. I walked out from the shadows, and picked up the gun. Mom couldn't pull herself together. She had a nervous breakdown, right there in the kitchen. Probably from all that she's been through. She couldn't take it anymore. I couldn't let got to jail. The bastard deserved to die. I knew what I had to do." and Cameron turned back around to face Amanda and Gary.

Gary's face dropped. "You mean ma?" he said but couldn't quite finish.

Cameron continued "I knew he was dead, but I had to make sure, so I shot him again, and again. Mom was walking around mumbling total nonsense, and I knew she was almost as gone as the old man. I went upstairs, and grabbed the money from dad's top dresser drawer. I knew that is where he kept the money. I grabbed his keys from his pants pocket and I left. I drove for about 20 miles, and I stopped at a pay phone, and called the police and told them about the old man. I knew mom probably was to wacked out to do anything. Then I got back in the car, and just drove. I didn't care where, I just kept going, until I was caught." he paused and took a deep breath. There was sadness in his eyes. He looked right at Gary, and he could tell he wanted him to go on. So he did. "I learned that mom was put in a pshyc ward, so I knew she didn't say anything. So I knew I was being blamed for it, and I didn't care. I wanted to take the rap."

"Oh my God Cameron" Gary said as he stood up. "Why? I don't get it."

Amanda's face was full of shock, and Cameron could tell she was full of questions.

"I just had too. I knew ma couldn't be charged with murder. Besides I wanted him dead just as much as she did, maybe more. I just had to." Cameron said

"Cameron, why on earth would you go to jail for a murder you didn't commit? Why would you want everyone to label you as a murderer?" Amanda said shocked

"Well, it was either that, or let them blame my mom. It wasn't exactly like they would believe me anyways. I fired the gun too. I made sure he was really dead. It was just easier." he said.

The room was in a dead silence. Gary and Amanda were trying to take this all in, when Julia walked in clapping her hands. "Great job Cam! You finally let it all out, but you forgot one important detail"

All the faces turned to the doorway, where the redhead stood before them all

PART 9

Cameron's face grew stone cold as Julia walked into the room.

Gary spoke first "Cameron?" he said questioning his brother.

Amanda cut in as well "Who is she Cameron?"

"Allow me!" Julia said "My name is Julia Peterson" extending her hand

Amanda and Gary looked on confused. But something finally hit Gary. "Wait a second!" Gary yelled "Your from back home. You are Cmaeron's" but this time Cameron spoke up.

"Look, this is an old friend, and I'm sure she just wanted to introduce herself." he said, and then turned toward Julia "So glad to see you, I'll call you later" and tried to push her out the door.

"Cameron!" Amanda yelled "Is that really how you treat a friend?"

"No" Cameron said quiety "She and I go way back. She was my closet friend in grade school. Is that enough?

Amanda spoke up "Now wait a second here. I'm sure we'll all be glad to get to know your friend later, and learn all about the embarassing things you used to do, but I want to know what the detail you left out, that she knows. And how does she know, about what you are telling us?"

"Give us a second." he said and lead Julia out the door.

"What in the hell are you doing?" he barked at her

"I want your friends, and family to know the truth Cameron. No matter what cost it is to me. You need to pay, and I think it's time. No one knows the real you, but me."

"Wait a second, you turn me in, you also have to re-live everything, and drag yourself into another mess. Why would you want to do that?"

"To see you suffer. I feel no pain anymore, so it's no big deal."

"No big deal? Julia we are talking life changing things here."

"I Know, and I don't care. If you don't let me talk to your friends in there, it will be on the front page of tomorrows paper. So what's the deal?"

Cameron's face stiffened "Why? Why are you doing this? You are going to have to drag up everyone of those secrets, and re-live them all."

A tear fell from her once stone cold eyes "Like I said before, I feel no pain. I expose you, I move out of town. It's not bad. It's something I've wanted for years." and with that she brushed past him, and walked back into the room where Gary and Amanda are sitting and terribly confused.

Amanda jumped up "Will you please tell us what's going on?" she asked pleading to Julia

"Where do I begin?" she asked turning to look at both Gary and Amanda

"Before I start, I wanted to say, it's not like I wanted things to come out like this. It's not easy for me either, but I want Cameron to pay. I hope you can understand, and listen to what I have to say."

Amanda and Gary nodded in agreement.

"Cameron and I knew each other for a long time. When we started high school, our friendship sorta deepened." Amanda turned her head away "He was the big man on campus, you know football player, and guy with lots of girls. I was a cheerleader, so we sorta go thrown together. It was more of a convience. We never really loved each other." Julia began, and noticed Cameron staring at her from the back of the room. "But we stayed together anyway. We always had fun, and did lots of stuff together, but he'd never say anything about his family, or stuff like that. Anyway, one day, while we were in high school, I forgot my math book, and I knew Cameron had his, so I just walked over to his house. I mean we'd been going out for months, so I thought what's the big deal about going to his house. He'd been at mine alot, but I'd never even seen the inside of his" Tears started to well up in her eyes. "When I got there, his dad answered the door. I asked to see Cameron, and I knew right away his dad was drunk. He was slurring his words and he was holding a 1/2 empty bottle of beer. Anyway, he told me Cameron wasn't home, so I went to leave, and he grabbed my arm, and pulled me back into the house. I didn't know what to do." she said now tears started falling from her face freely "He pinned me down on the couch, and he raped me. His dad raped me"

Cameron's face fell, and Gary looked shocked and yet very sympathetic.

Gary started to talk, but Julia butt in "Wait I'm not done." she said glaring at Cameron with her eyes full of hate. "After it was over, I noticed Cameron standing on the stairs. I knew he saw the whole thing, and didn't do a damn thing to stop it. He just watched. I couldn't believe it. I mean no we didn't really love each other, but still, I knew he cared, or thought so anyways. I got up to leave, but Cameron stopped me. He was angry. He told me not to tell anyone, about what had happened. He said if I did, he would make sure no one believed me." Julia now had to sit down, in a chair to contiune. "And I never did tell anyone. I couldn't. Everytime I saw Cameron, I saw his dad, and it made me sick. I couldn't stand to even look at him anymore."

Everyone sat in silence for a moment, but Amanda broke the silence, "Oh God, I can't believe this. How, I mean how cruel can people be?" she said refering to both Cameron, and his dad.

Amanda turned back to face Cameron. "I never thought, you. Your a total animal!" she yelled at him "How could you stand and watch a rape, and beg her not to say anything. To cover up for that son of a bitch of a father of yours? Damn you Cameron!"

Gary went up to Julia and spoke softly "I don't know what to say, other then I'm sorry. My family put you through hell, and I couldn't be sorrier." he gently placed his hand on her shoulder, and pulled her in to a hug.

Cameron walked up to Julia, Amanda, and Gary. He could see hurt and anger in all their eyes. "Look," he started but Amanda cut in.

"Don't you even think of trying to defend yourself!" she yelled

"Now wait, you don't even know the whole story. Julia conviently left a part or 2 out."

Julia looked up, and saw Cameron standing before her. "Go ahead Julia, why don't you finish? Why don't you tell everyone how it is you tie into my father's murder." he said
