Ch 30
"I’ll kill her." Brenda said standing up. "I swear to God I’ll kill
the little wannabe ho."
"Brenda be reasonable. You can’t kill her. You’re pregnant. I’ll kill
her." Lois said, also rising
"I’ve got a better idea. Let’s talk to Edward. Maybe he knows someone
we can hire to kill her." Robin said taking off her jacket
"Kill who?" Ned asked coming in the door.
"Ned are you having Sonny investigated?" Brenda asked.
"No not now."
"You mean you were? Was Brenda in on it?"
"No of course not. What’s going on?"
"Did you happen to leave any of Mac’s reports lying around?"
"No they’re all in my office. Why? What happened?"
"Either Lily’s psychic or she has a really active imagination because
she told Sonny that you were having him investigated and I was in on
it."
"What?"
"Yeah, that’s about the size of it." Brenda sat down miserably on the
couch and Robin sat next to her and put her arms around her best friend,
trying to console her.
"Nedly when did you stop the investigation?"
"Right before the wedding when Carmine recognized Mac."
"Robin did Lily seem to have any evidence of this accusation when she
came to the penthouse?"
"Not that I could tell, but I was listening on the other side of the
door so I couldn’t be positive."
"Well one way to find out. C’mon." Lois said putting on her coat and
then handing her two best friends and her husband theirs.
"Where we going Lo?"
"Harborview Towers. Penthouse 4. Right after a little trip to ELQ
headquarters." The group left the gatehouse quickly and piled into the
L&B van.

Sonny barely glanced up as Lily handed him a cup of coffee. A million
thoughts were swirling around in his head. But when the front door flew
open and Lois, Brenda, Robin, and Ned trooped in he looked up. He was
about to speak when Brenda marched over to Lily, who was standing by the
dining room table. She took one look at her and uttered a single word.
"Bitch." Before she drew back her fist and let it fly. It connected
with Lily’s face and sent her flying back. She hit the floor and was
knocked unconscious while the group just stood there.

Sonny immediately croched down to Lily.
"Brenda, what the hell is the matter with you!!" Sonny yelled as he
stood up.
"What's the matter with me~!!?? She has been lying to you and obviuosly
you believed her!!"
"Sweetheart, sit down." He brought her over to the couch and sat down
next to her. He brushed away her tears and then looked at her beautiful
face.
"Baby, I din't believe, ever. It just...well I was feeling like an
idiot."
"Why?" she asked through her tears.
"Because of all the times i didn't believe you when you said Lily was
out to break us up. When she came and said that you were trying to set
me up for the cops, i wanted to strangle her, but then I just felt like
a fool for trusting her."
"you didn't know. She's a manipulater Sonny, it's not your fault."
"Baby, I love you so much, and I'm sorry that you ever doubted how much
i love and trust you."
"I love you too." He leaned over and kissed her gently.
"How's the hand? YOu have a mean right hook."
Before Brenda could reply, Lily started to wake up and all eyes were on
her.
"Sonny? What happened?" Lily asked as she sat up.
"What happened is that my fiance here caught you."
"Caught me doing what, i don't understand." Lily was trying her hardest
to look as innocent as possible.
"You make me sick!!! I can't believe that yet again you are going to try
and ooze your way out of this!!" Brenda screamed and started to attack
her again, but Sonny grabbed her and held her close.
"Sweetie, remember our little one. I'm sure he doesn't want his mommy
getting upset. Please Honey, let me handle her." He kissed her as
reassurance and then glared back at Lily as Robin and Lois took Brenda
back over to the couch.
"Sonny, I don't understand what's going on? You can't believe that i
would ever intentionally do anything to hurt you, or to come between you
and Brenda?"

"Get out Lily."
"How can you throw me out when she’s the one who’s betraying you?"
"I believe I can answer that. Sonny I was having you investigated. I stopped it before the wedding and Lois and Brenda had nothing to do with it. They didn’t know about it until today." Ned said handing him the reports Mac did. "You’ll notice the dates of the reports."
Sonny took the reports and looked them over. "Thanks Ned. For telling the truth."
"I may not like you but Brenda loves you and it’s pretty obvious you love her so for her sake I’ll try to like you."
"Thank you Ned." Brenda said from the couch, where Lois and Robin sat on either side of her.
"I don’t believe this. Sonny how can you believe this? She just admitted to knowing what Ned did."
"I just found out today Lily. Get your hearing checked."
"That’s a likely story."
"Oh that’s it." Lois said getting up and charging for Lily. Ned moved fast and caught her around the waist, just as she started to lunge for her.
"Oh no you don’t Lois Marie."
"Ned let go."
"Nope. I don’t want to bail you out of jail for manslaughter."
"What?"
"If I let you go you’re gonna kill Lily and as much as I would love that I don’t want you in jail."
"I’m not gonna kill her, I’m just gonna discuss what she did, Bensonhurst style."
"Ned hold on to her." Sonny said, moving to take Lily’s arm.
"Easier said than done." Ned grunted as Lois squirmed. He let out a yelp when Lois dug her nails into his skin.
"C’mon Lily. You’re outta here."
"But Sonny you have to believe me. I never wanted you and Brenda to break up I just thought you should know that her friend was trying to set you up."
"Lily get out. Don’t come back. Ever." He pushed Lily out into the hall and shut the door in her face. Then he went back over to the couch and put his arms around Brenda. Robin smiled and went upstairs to fill in Stone about what had happened and Ned and Lois went home to dress Ned’s wounds.

"Ya know it’s a good thing you caught me and Ned caught Lois or Lily would’ve been a bloody mess by now."
"And the bad part would be?"
Brenda giggled. It was later that night and she and Sonny were lying on the couch. Brenda’s hand was slightly bruised from when she rammed it into Lily’s face but it didn’t hurt anymore. Sonny’s arms were around her waist and his hands rested on her stomach. The penthouse was dark except for the light of the fire and it was quiet.
"I love this."
"What?"
"Just this. The peace, the quiet, the company."
"Yeah the company is definitely the best part of the night." He stifled a yawn as he kissed Brenda’s shoulder.
"You tired?"
"A little."
"You wanna go to bed?"
"Yeah let’s head up." Brenda got up off the couch and headed upstairs, with Sonny right behind her. They were just about to go into their room when Robin’s voice stopped them.
"Guys?"
"Robin, is something the matter?"
"It’s Stone."

Without even listening to Robin Sonny let go of Brenda's hand and ran into Stone's room.
"Robin? What happened?" Brenda asked frantically.
"He's having trouble seeing. Brenda he went to sit down in his chair and he fell. He says that everything is blurry. I'm scared Brenda."
"I know, Robin, so am I."
They walked into Stone's room to see Sonny helping his friend get dressed.
"Sweetheart, I'm gonna take Stone to the hospital and get his eyes checked, why don't you go to bed. I'll be home as soon as i can."
"No, Sonny I'm coming with you guys."
"Brenda, please, I want you to take it easy. You have had enough stress today with Lily."
"But Sonny-"
"Brenda, maybe you should lie down. We'll call if it's anything serious." Robin ineterjected.
"Fine. Stone everything's going to be fine." She kissed Stone on the cheek and gave Robin a hug and left the room not looking at sonny.
"Ok, guys, let's go."

Brenda got in the bathtub and cried. She knew that he wasn't trying to be mean, but she still felt hurt. She loved Stone too, and she wanted to be there for Robin and the last thing she wanted right now was to be alone. She needed to hear someone’s voice anyone’s besides her own. She got out of the bathtub and went into the bedroom. She dried off and put on a long cotton nightgown. She picked up her address book from the nightstand and looked up the number she wanted and dialed, praying that the person she wanted would be home.
"Hello?"
"Jagger? It’s Brenda."

"So what’s going on?"
"They’re running tests right now. We should know something soon. Sonny why don’t you go home? Brenda is probably worried to death and you and she need each other right now."
"I don’t want to leave you."
"I’ll be fine. I called Uncle Mac and he’s coming over as soon as Felicia gets to the Outback to cover for him."
"Are you sure?"
"Yes. Now go." She said pointing to the door.
"Okay. Call me when you know something."
"I will. Bye."
"Bye." Sonny said heading towards home.

"Brenda? This is a surprise. What’s up?"
"Oh nothing much. I was just sitting here and you popped into my head, very unexpectedly I might add, and I decided to give you a call and see what was up." Brenda knew she’d have to be careful in her conversation. Stone hadn’t told Jagger about the AIDS yet and she didn’t want to be the one to spill the beans. Stone would kill her.
"That’s nice of you."
"Oh well you know me Jagger I’m such a nice person."
"Yeah right Bren."
"So how’s Karen?"
"She’s good. She’s at the hospital right now. How’re Robin and Stone?"
"Good. They’re out right now." Technically that wasn’t a lie, but Brenda still felt guilty. Dammit why couldn’t Stone be straight with his brother?
"How about Sonny?"
"He’s out too."
"Business?"
"Something like that. So is Chicago the hotbed of crime everyone says it is?"
"Sometimes. Most of the time it’s pretty quiet. Has been ever since Al Capone went down."
"Very funny Jagger."
"Yeah. I thought so. So Brenda ya gonna tell me what’s wrong?"
Ch. 34
Sonny walked the streets of Port Charles. He couldn't believe what had
happened to his life in the past 6 months. He was the head of a major
mob family, his best friend was dying of AIDS, and now he was engeaged
and expecting a child soon. The worst part was that Brenda had no idea
what she was getting into. Oh sure she knew that he hadn't completely
gotten out of the mob, she had told him so on many occasions, but she
had NO idea that he was THE boss. If she did, she would walk out for
sure.
He reached the docks and sat down on a bench. He stared into the water
and wondered when his life had spun out of control.

"Jagger, can't i just call an old friend, without there having to be a
reason?"
"For some people yes, but for you Brenda? NO. So what's going on?"
Brenda placed a hand on her growing stomach and felt the tears run down
her cheeks.
"Jagger, everything's wrong." she started to cry harder.
"Brenda, tell me what's wrong?" Jagger asked concerned.
"I..I don't know where to start. I'm pregnant."
"Preg...wow! I take it this wasn't a planned thing?"
"No. I found out when Sonny and I broke up."
"You broke up? when? I thought that you two were still together?" he
asked totally confused.
"We did break up a few months ago, but we're back together now."
"Because of the baby?"
"NO! Of course not. We love each other and that's why we got back
together. Listen maybe this was a mistake calling. I'll talk to you
later." she hung up the phone and laid down on the bed.
"You have some nerve, jagger Cates. To even suggest that the only reason
Sonny and I are together is for this baby."
Brenda glanced over at the clock. They had been gone for 2 hours now.
She should ahve heard somehtign by now. Just then the phone rang.
"Hello?"
"Brenda? It's Robin."
"robin? what's going on?"
"didn't Sonny tell you?"
"what do you mean? Isn't he there with you and Stone?"
"No. Brenda, Sonny left the hospital over an hour ago. He said he was
going home."
"Well, he's not here."
"Hey, Bren listen, they are letting Stone go now, so we'll be home real
soon. We'll talk then. Bye."
Brenda hung up the phone.
"where are you Sonny?"

"Lily? What the hell are you doing here? I told you that i wanted
nothing to do with you."
"sonny, I know that you are angry with me, and you have every right, but
you are wrong."
"I don;t have to listen to this."

"What are you talking about?"
"Brenda’s bad news. She’s going to bring you down and if she ever finds out how deep you’re in she’ll leave you and take your child with her."

Brenda sat on the couch waiting for Stone and Robin to come in. As she sat she thought about her conversation with Jagger. They’d always been able to read each other pretty well. Must be the neglected child thing. Or in Jagger’s case the abandoned child thing. They may have been lousy lovers but they were pretty good as friends. The phone rang and Brenda reached out for it.
"Hello?"
"Okay look I’m sorry I was an ass but the pregnant thing took me by surprise. Is my apology accepted?"
"Yes Jagger it is. I’m sorry I got irrational and emotional. It’s over active hormones."
"Apology accepted."
"Good. So where were we before I got emotional and you went into ass mode?" Brenda lay back on the couch.
"You were asking me about the crime in Chicago."
"Ah yes. So how’s it hanging Cates?"
"Pretty slow actually."
"You and Karen doing okay?"
"We get by."
"Meaning?"
"Meaning ya know all relationships have their ups and downs."
"Uh-huh. Spill Jagger, what’s going on?"
"Nothing."
"Jagger it’s me. Remember me? We used to do a lot of things together. Talk, eat, sleep, of course when we were in bed we didn’t sleep much."
"Brenda don’t go there."
"Sorry, just reminding you of how well we know each other."
"No need. I remember."
"Good now what’s going on?"
"Truth? I don’t think Karen and I are going to make it."
"You’re kidding? Jagger, you and Karen are like it. If you don’t make it what kind of hope do the rest of us have?"
"No pressure right Bren?"
"I’m serious. Jagger, before I met Sonny I was insanely jealous of what you and Karen have."
"Yeah well maybe we didn’t have what you all thought we had."
"You’re talking like you’re already in divorce court." Silence made Brenda sit up. "Jagger?"
"Well we’re legally separated."
"You’re what?" Brenda shrieked.
"Jeez Bren, blow out my eardrums why don’t ya?"
"Don’t try and change the subject Cates. Tell me what the hell is going on." Just then the door opened and Robin and Stone came in. "Hold on." She pushed hold on the phone and went over to her two friends. "Stone I’ve got Jagger on the phone and I think you two need to have a nice long talk."

"Brenda would never take my child from me!!! Now this little game of
yours is not going to work anymore, Lily! It's over do you here me!!"
Sonny said through clenched teeth.
"Well Sonny, whether or not you believe me, I do care for you, and I
don't want to see you hurt. And that's what's going to happen. When
Brenda finds out, and believe me she will, she's gonna take her baby and
run. You will never see your child again."
"Lily, I'm warning you. You have no idea what you're talking about."
"Oh really? Then if your so sure that Brenda loves you enough to stay
with you AND marry you KNOWING what you really do, then why haven't you
told her?"

"Stone, are you going to talk to him? c'mon, he's your brother."
"Brenda...I can't. I just can't." and with that he rushed up the stairs
followed by Robin.
"Uh sorry Jagger, I didn't mean to leave you on hold so long."
"That's alright. Hey, you should probably get some rest, it's getting
late."
"Yeah. Hey, If you need to talk about Karen or anything, just call."
"Thanks Brenda, I might just do that. And same goes for you. Take care
of my brother, keep him out of trouble."
"I will."
She hung up the phone and wondered where the hell Sonny was.
"Bren?"
"Robin, how is he?"
"Upset."
"That's the last thing I wanted to do."
"He knows that. He's just afraid that Jagger will be disappointed in him
and be disgusted wiht the fact that he has AIDS."
"Jagger would never do that. He loves Stone."
"Yeah, well I'm not the one you have to convince. Stone is. Listen, I'm
going to go back up are you going to be ok down here?"
"Yeah, i think that I am just gonna lay down on the couch and watch an
old movie."
"Sounds good. Well I'll see you in the morning then?"
"Yeah."
Robin went back upstairs as Brenda curled up on the couch and fell
asleep.

"Brenda and I are none of your business. Now take your well meaning intentions and shove them." With that Sonny got up and walked away from a stunned and angry Lily.

Brenda lay on the couch, her eyes half closed, listening to the TV as the music score of the movie swelled. She had no idea what time it was all she knew was that Sonny wasn’t home yet. She turned from her side onto her back and sighed. Her conversation with Jagger had been interesting to say the least. She couldn’t believe that he and Karen were breaking up
"Bren?" She sat up to see Stone standing at the foot of the couch.
"Hey Stone. How’d you get downstairs by yourself.?"
"Very carefully." Brenda giggled
"Can you sit down okay?"
"Yeah just give me your hand." Brenda reached out and grasped Stone’s hand as he sat down next to her on the couch. "So how’s my big brother?"
"He’s pretty good. He misses you. I wish you’d tell him."
"I want to. I do. I just don’ t know how he’ll react."
"He loves you. He’s your brother. He’ll ask what he can do."
"I’m afraid he’ll blame himself."
"Of course he will. That’s the kind of person Jagger is." She smiled sadly. "But Stone you have to know that no matter what happens Jagger loves you. He always has."
"I’m just afraid that the same thing that happened with Gina will happen with Jagger."
"No way." Brenda said automatically. "Gina is a selfish brat and she doesn’t deserve the honor of calling you her brother."
"Brenda I want your help."
"Anything you want you got it, you know that."
"Come with me to Chicago. Help me tell Jagger."
"When?"
"As soon as we can get a flight."
"I’m there."
"You’re where Bren?" Stone and Brenda turned to see Sonny in the doorway.

"Just make the reservations, and I'll be there." she said turning back
to Stone, ignoring Sonny.
"Alright. See ya guys in the morning."
Sonny waited until Stone left. He saw the blankets on the couch and knew
that she had been waiting up for him.
"So, where are you going?"
"Does it matter?" she returned coldly.
"Yes. Brenda I don't want you traveling anywhere."
"excuse me?" she said turning to face him for the first time.
"Sweetheart, your 5 months pregnant and I don't want you to take any
chances."
"Whatever. Listen I'm going, because Stone needs me and so does jagger."
"Oh..Jagger. What the hell does he have to do with this?"
"He's my friend and he needs me. So Stone and I are flying to Chicago to
go see him."
"So, when were you planning to tell me about this little trip?"
"It just came up tonight. But I would have been back before you noticed
that i was gone."
"what's that suppose to mean?"
"What do you think it's suppose to mean? Sonny, you ran out of here with
Stone and Robin and you wouldn't let me come. Then you didn't even
bother to call and tell me that he's alright. And as if that wasn't
enough, Sonny where have you been? It's almost midnight, and you walk in
here like it's no big deal that you've been gone for hours without word
to anyone."
"Brenda, i needed time to think and I can't do that here." he regretted
the words as soon as they came out of his mouth.
Brenda felt like she had been punched, but she hid it.
"well then I will leave you alone so you can THINK all you want!!" with
that she got off the couch and went up the stairs. Sonny stood there
until he heard the door slam shut.
"This is definately not your night Corinthos." he walked into the
kitchen to get something to eat and to think about how he was going to
pull this off. He hadn't let her know, but Lily was right. His worst
fear was Brenda leaving him, that's why she couldn't know about his
"other" business. But now? Now there was a child involved, the stakes
had been raised and he couldn't lose either one of them.
"I won't lose you, Brenda, i won't."
CH 39
"You okay?"
"Yeah just a little nauseous."
"Me too."
"We make a great pair don’t we?"
"Better believe it baby." Brenda smiled at her friend as the plane touched down in O’Hare Airport.
"So Jagger’s meeting us at the airport?"
"Yeah I called him last night when you got the plane reservation. He was surprised to say the least. I think he knows something’s up though."
"Yeah well Jagger always could read you pretty well."
"That’s funny I was thinking the exact same thing last night before he called and apologized to me."
"Bren?"
"What?"
"What if he hates me?"
"Never happen."
"How can you be so sure?"
"Because I know Jagger and I know how he feels. He loves you. We all do. Even Gina, somewhere deep in side of her."
"I love you Bren."
"Back at you."
"Thank you for this."
"No thanks necessary. Now come on. You and I have some serious talking with Jagger to do."
"God help me."
"It’ll be okay."

"Robin? Have they called yet?"
"Sonny if I’m right the plane touched down in Chicago about five minutes ago. They’re probably not even off the plan yet."
"Why’d I let her go?"
"You didn’t have much of choice in the matter if memory serves. She was going with or without your blessing."
"Yeah, well it was definitely without."
"Would you calm down? Stone won’t let anything happen to her."
"I’m not worried about that."
"What are you worried about?" Robin took a good look at Sonny then. "Oh my God. Sonny you’re jealous."
"Am not." He muttered turning away.
"Oh yes, yes you are. Sonny, Brenda and Jagger are friends. That’s it."
"Robin they used to be involved."
"Yeah "used to be" are the key words in that sentence. Of all the times for you to be jealous you have to pick now. Sonny, nothing’s going to happen with Brenda and Jagger. You know if you love Brenda half as much as you say you do, I think you should try and learn how to trust her."
"I do trust her. It’s Jagger I don’t trust."
"Oh please. Sonny, Jagger’s a married man. A happily married man last time I checked. Nothing’s going to happen."
"I hope you’re right Robin. I really do."
"I am, trust me."

"So what do you recommend Jagger?"
"The burgers are great."
"Sounds good to me."
"Me too."
"So what’s up guys?"
Brenda and Stone exchanged a look and Brenda nodded ever so slightly.
"Jagger I need to tell you something."
"What?"
"It’s pretty serious and I, um, need you to stay calm."
"I’m not gonna like this, am I?"
"No, definitely not."
"What is it?"
"Jagger I have AIDS."
Ch. 40
Jagger dropped his burger and almost choked.
"What?? did you just say that you have AIDS???"
"Yeah I do. I'm sorry Jagger."
Brenda rested her hand on Jagger's arm and took Stone's hand with the other. she knew ho hard this was going to be for Jagger.
"You mean you're HIV+, right?"
"No. Jagger I have full blown AIDS." Stone said wiping at his tears. "I'm so sorry Jagger. I know that you probably want me to leave-"
"Stop. Just stop." He got up an grabbed his brother. " You're my brother, Mike and I love you."
"I love you to Jagger." the two brother's hugged and Brenda wiped her own tears.

Sonny walked around the empty penthouse. He had tried to get some paper work done, but could only think of Brenda alone with Jagger. G*d he really hated Jagger. He knew that Brenda was still alittle angry at him for not letting her go to the hospital, but how angry could she be???
He walked into their bedroom, sat o thier bed and reached for the sonogram. It always helped calm him down. It made him feel like thier baby was real. He traced his finger over the blurred image and closed his eyes. He laid back on the bed and was soon asleep.
~~~ He walked into the hospital room and saw her. She smiled up at him as she held their newborn baby.
"She's beautiful Brenda. She looks just like you."
"I know. Sonny we need to talk."
"I was thinking about the name Marisa."
Brenda's smile got brighter.
"You like the name?" he turned around when she didn't answer him.
"Jagger? what the hell are you doing here?"
"Well Sonny. I came to take Brenda and our baby back to Chicago with me. We're getting married."
"What!!! Brenda what's going on??"
"I know who you are Sonny. Did you really think that I would stay with you? Let alone raise my child in your world? you're a liar. You're a mobster. A cold hearted hood. Jagger is the real love of my life. So here take this thing back." she handed him the engagement ring.
"Brenda don't do this, I love you!!" But she didn't hear him. She and Jagger were fawing over the baby.
"I told you she would leave you if she ever found out!" Lily smirked.
Then they were gone.~~~
He bolted up in bed and glanced around the empty room.
"I won't let that happen. Ever."

"Jagger what are you doing out here? It’s almost two in the morning."
Brenda asked as she wandered into the living room.
"I couldn’t sleep."
"You wanna talk about it?" She said sitting down next to him.
"How long did you know?"
"About five months."
"Why didn’t you tell me the other night on the phone?"
"Jagger I couldn’t. It wasn’t my place."
"How long do they think he has?"
"A few months tops. Jagger I’m sorry."
"It’s not your fault."
"It’s not yours either." She said gently.
"Then why does it feel like it is?"
"Because you’ve always felt a little guilty for not finding Stone
sooner. You didn’t do this to him Jagger. It’s not your fault. Nobody
blames you."
"Except for me."
"You’re your own worst enemy Jagger. You are way to hard on yourself."
"You know me so well. Sometimes I forget why we broke up."
"You were in love with Karen?"
"Oh yeah." The friends laughed.
"Why don’t you come home?"
"You mean back to PC?"
"Yeah. I mean your family’s there not here. Who do you have here
except for Karen?"
"And I don’t even have her anymore."
"It’s that bad?"
"She uh, she sent me divorce papers this morning before I came to get
you."
"Oh Jagger. I’m sorry."
"I guess it just wasn’t meant to be."
"See this is why you should come home. People miss you and I’m sure you

"We don’t run in the same circles. I don’t really see him."
"Ah. Maybe I should come home. I’d get to spend more time with Mike and
maybe forge a relationship with Gina."
"Did Stone tell you what she did?"
"Yeah."
"She’s a selfish miserable person."
"Bren she and Stone and I lost each other. I just found them again and
I left. If I come home I’m gonna try and have a relationship with her."
"You’re a far, far better person than I could ever hope to be."
"Not true. You’re a pretty good person. Sonny’s lucky to have you and
that baby is gonna have a terrific mother."
"Thank you."
"Hey is this a private conversation or can anyone join?"
"Hey Stone. Shouldn’t you be sleeping?"
"Yes and so should you. You’re pregnant and I promised Sonny I’d make
sure you got enough rest and didn’t wear yourself out."
"I promised Robin the same thing."
"Well then you both better go to bed."
"Alright. G’night Jagger."
"Night bro."
"Night guys." Stone and Brenda went to bed leaving Jagger to sit and
think.

"Hey. So what’s going on there?"
"Well Stone told Jagger and of course he blames himself but that was to
be expected."
"Right. Anything else?"
"Well I’m trying to convince Jagger to come home."
"You are? That’s wonderful. What about Karen?"
"What about her?"
"Brenda I know you don’t like her that much but she is Jagger’s wife.
Won’t she be coming with him?"
"I didn’t tell you?"
"Tell me what?"
"Robin, Jagger and Karen are getting a divorce."
