- After
the wealthy Chiang's (Sun Su Po) best fighters where sent to kill the vicious
rascal Chang Yun Chen they where all killed. Chen Hua (Chi Kuan Chun), the
best fighter at his school is sent to help Mr. Chiang to find the evil Chang
Yun Chen. A Chai (Li Yi Min) a stupid guy who trains in the same school, gets
down to work too (without authorization though) and sets out to find the rascal.
Both fighters go to Yutao village to meet Mr. Chiang and as soon as he gets
there A Chai starts a fight and is stopped by a skilled man, Hu Pin (Ma Chiu
Ku) who is impressed by his skills so A Chai is offered to visit his house
whenever he wants to. So he does and kicks some butt while he's there, it
shows then that it's Mr. Chiang's house and Hu Pin is one of his men. Chiang
is also impressed by A Chai's skills so gives him a list of contacts to find
out where Chang Yun Chen is. But is Mr. Chiang really that honorable? He acts
a little tricky... Chen Hua gets to Mr. Chiangs house too and gets the list
of contacts.
- While
looking for the men on the list the two fighters meet and have encounters
and after kicking butt here and there they find the rascal Chang Yun Chen.
-
- Many
of guys they look for have a special mark or something (scar or tattoo) so
they can se who it is. Aha!!! You’re that guy, you has a butterfly tattooed
on the chest. Most of these guys are fat and slow and mostly boring to watch,
they just wave their arms around.
- During
a couple of fights there are very silly techniques thrown in, sometimes it
looks like they're dancing.
-
I think this movie copies some stuff from "The
Hot, the Cool & the Vicious" cause the main guy looks like Tommy
Lee and the intro is just like that of the movie with each character doing
their forms and each of them having a different background colour.
-
- Li
Yi Min is credited as Jackie Lee in the movie, maybe he tried to pull a mixture
between Jackie Chan and Bruce
Lee. There's a scene where Chi Kuan Chun is doing a form for hours and
Li Yi Min takes a pee in a bottle and then throes it on him cause he gets
irritated. That guy is crazy!!! And guess what Chi Kuan Chun does, he smells
it! By the way, during this made up form Chi Kuan Chun does some VERY silly
moves.
- Ma
Chiu Ku who you’ll find doing cameos in lots of movies (f ex. "7
Grandmasters") has a small role here to.
- There’s
a scene where Chi and Li are fighting in a restaurant and suddenly (from nowhere)
a blind one-eyed man (with a huge eye made of plastic or something) comes
in and says "What's happening here, are you having a party!?", with
a very funny and bad dubbed voice.
- Now,
this movie isn't the greatest movie you'll find out there but it's pretty
entertaining and OK to watch at least once. I've seen it like 8 times or something,
cause I can kill a few hours without caring about over-watching it.
