CLASSIC AS THE WORLD TURNS

Introduction

Welcome to my Classic "As the World Turns" web page.

Covered on this web page will be some of the storylines and people that helped make ATWT a long-running classic, and the main focus will be the years 1956 through 1989.

WHAT'S NEW--As of April 6, 2001

  • I have added synopses for 1971 and 1972.
  • COMING SOON: In the next few weeks, I will add early 1970s summaries and make corrections to the aforementioned synopsis years.
  • I want to thank Mr. Jim Reed for sending copies of ATWT synopses from Bryna Laub's Daytime Serial Newsletter. These synopses cover the years from 1972 to 1978, and summaries based on them will be added to the website this fall. I have already included some of the material in my status chart.
  • I would like to thank Mark "eonman" Faulkner and Chuck Snitchler for the ATWT logo frame grabs shown on this page.
