This will be my photo gallery dedicated to me. Let's see if I can do this in chronological order lol
Me as a little baby. I was like 1 year old in this picture I think.
3 or 4 years old here. Wasn't I a cute kid? lol
Fifth grade I believe. I was quite the little dancer.
I wore glasses in the 5th grade too.
Another dance recital photo. This was my jazz outfit. I loved it!
The summer I broke my toe. Worst summer of my life that was.
Me and Richard on a trip to Washington in junior high. I miss him a lot now. He was like one of my best friends. I saw him once while I was still at VCU, but didn't get to talk to him for very long.
I think this was my 15th birthday party. Mom said I was going ice skating and ended up heading to Grannie and Papa's for a surprise birthday party.
That's me and Andy Davis. I thought I wanted to be a hockey commentator in 8th grade. Mom and I started going to Renegades games that year and ironically that was the year they won the Riley Cup.
I started playing ice hockey during my freshman year in high school. I started out on right wing, but due to this wanting to be like my favorite Renegades at the time (Sandy Allen & Grant Sjerven... both goalies) I tried to learn goal. I was a much better forward though. lol
I got my first job that year too. Actually, I started playing hockey after I got the job. One of the little perks I thought... got off work and could go practice my skills. By the way, that's Matt Garzone in the pic. He used to play for the Renegades.
I took a golf class in high school. Strangely enough, Roger (my teacher) said I was a natural golfer. I have yet to see this in an actual game, but I think I do rather well with a 9 iron on the driving range.
I also took a strong interest in NASCAR. I think you can tell who my favorite driver is. lol
Me and Mike "Rosie" Rucinski at a Renegades charity event. I loved going to those. They were so much fun... the team would serve as waiters and all the money they'd make would go to Big Brothers-Big Sisters. To add to their donations, the players would auction off autographed stuff and photo opportunities. Tons of fun!
This is my 16th birthday party. Mom tried to surprise me, but failed with the party aspect. She did manage to hide fact she had invited Jay McNeil, "Rosie" and David Dartsch from the Renegades to the party. We got to know that team so well, that they became my adopted brothers. So, that pic is me and my big brother "Rosie", "Dartschy", and Jay.
I dressed up like Wild Gade (the Renegades second mascot) for the Halloween contest at the game that year. Chris (the guy who actually was Wild Gade) said I looked just ike him lol
Jay got traded to Columbus his last year in Richmond (mom was NOT happy let me tell ya), but because we were so close (big brotherly close) mom, her friend Sherry, and I left town the weekend Richmond was supposed to play Columbus just to see him. Here's the pic Sherry took of us after the game... and yes that's a Chill jersey lol
I can't remember the exact year this happened, but "Rosie" was called up to play for the Beast of New Haven. This was taken at a game mom took me too during the Thanksgiving weekend to see him play in Hershey. The Beast beat the Bears that night and I got a souvenir puck and cup (both of which I still have).
This is me and Tripp Tracy at a Renegades charity event. He was a goalie before he was a color commentator for the Carolina Hurricanes. He was the goalie who replaced Sandy, but he earned his position wirh me I guess. Sandy is still number one though. :-P
Speaking of Carolina Hurricanes... this is me at my first Hurricane's game. They were playing the Redwings... hard thing for me because I liked the Redwings too at the time, but needless to say, the hometeam prevailed. Go Hurricanes!
Ah... good old Dan Vandermeer. I love this man! lol He's so sweet and was one of the nicest Renegades I ever had the pleasure of knowing. He and I are still pretty close, and he recently just got married and had a kid. I've got tons more pics of me with him and his brothers Joe and Pete, so keep an eye out for those.
This was taken by my friend Lizzie in math class in high school. That's probably the best picture I've taken since I was 5. lol
This is my picture from my senior prom. Funny thing was, Demonte wasn't my date. Doug was, but he didn't want to take a picture because he wasn't in a tux. So, I asked Monte and he said okay... that and I had this mad crush on him at the time so this was like a MAJOR thing for me. Enough about that though lol
I graduated from Open High School June 17th (I think) 1999. My graduating class was like only 37 kids large, but I was still proud to have finished all of my schooling... before college that is.
I worked at Kings Dominion for a few years during and after high school. For some reason, one night I just got the urge to ride the Anaconda until I couldn't take it any more. I made it to 16 before the park closed. I think if I had started sooner, I could have made it to maybe 25... eventhough at 16 I was so lightheaded when I finally got off it I nearly fell over. lol
This was during a family trip to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. I'm actually in a two piece bathing suit, but me being the shy person I am, was, whatever, I didn't want to be put on film with my tummy all out lol
Me and my mom at Christmas dinner 2003... my first Christmas back home since moving to Indiana with Scott. We look alike don't we? lol
Christmas 2003 again, but with me and my cousins. I'm not looking at the picture to give the list, but when I memorize the order I'll come back and put it up lol
And there's the happy couple. Me and Scott at Christmas with my family. Mom took all three of these and sent me back home to Indiana with something to hold on to. I'm glad she did. I miss Virginia quite a bit.
There's more pics to be added I know, but for now, these'll do. Once I get everything all sorted out, I'll be sure to put them up too.
