El Club de los Tigritos fans should do anything they can
for this man...it is Carlos Sicilia who is responsible for so much of the contact that has occured between El Club and you fans in the United States. The pictures which you view, and the good will which exists between the Tigritas and the five Americans who visited Venezuela is due to Carlos Sicilia..........We all thank you, Carlos.
