Jerry and V. "When Cornered by a Crocodile"

Jerry: Looking for someone?

V: I'm on assignment for comm. Scorpio.

Jerry: I don't doubt it. That assignment wouldn't be to keep an eye on me, would it? V: Why would I be following you? You aren't engaged in any illegal activity.

Jerry: Very good. When cornered by a crocodile, snap back. Of course, if you were following me, I wonder if you'd say so.

V: If I were following you, I wonder if you'd know.

Jerry: You used to work for me and my brother.

V: Ah -- I worked for jax.

Jerry: Let's not quibble. What would it take to get you back on our side?

V: A lot more than you have to offer. You know, it amazes me how many men in Port Charles think that women will do anything for a smile. I work for Mac now.

Jerry: Then you can earn your paycheck by telling your boss that if he wants to know something about me, he can ask me himself - not that it isn't always charming to see you.
