The Big Sleep (Restored Pre-release Version) VHS
Shown overseas to military audiences in 1945 and then shelved, this recently found print of the Bogart-Bacall thriller features 18 minutes of footage reshot or unused in the theatrical edition. Also included is a documentary comparing the differences between the two versions of the film. 115 min. Features nearly 20 minutes of scenes reshot or unused in the theatrical version.
