Blend the marinade ingredients nos.2-10.and mix with the coconut milk into the marinade bowl,add fish sauce,sugar and oil ,stir till well mixed.Apply the mixture onto the chicken and leave to marinate for 2 hours.
Use the remaining marinade to apply onto the chicken when being charcoal grilled.
Charcoal-grill the chicken until cooked,serve with stemed sticky rice,salad and plum sauce.
