Thai Ice Coffee

Ingredients

(Serving for 4)

• Ground,roasted coffee 1/2 cup
• Water 3 cups
• Sugars 6 tablespoons
• Half & half cream 2 tablespoon
• Crunched ice 1 glasses

Method

• Pour the ground coffee into boiling water. Leave to simmer for a while then filter through a cloth bag.Place the filtered coffee over medium heat,pour in the sugar,stir until melted,when boiled remove from heat and leave to cool.
• Fill the grass with crunched ice.Pour in the coffee,top with Half&half cream,stir and serve immediately after stirring.
