Green and red bell chili,sliced lenghtways 1/2 cup
Baby corn,Medium size 4
Ear mushroom,Thinly sliced 1/4 cup
Bean sprout,clipped both ends 1/2 cup
Chopped garlic 2 tablespoon
Cooking oil 4 tablespoons
Dark soya sauce 1 tablespoon
Light soya sauce 2 tablespoons
Ground pepper 1 pinch
Method
Fry the garlic for a little while and pour in ingredients nos.1-9
and saut'e.Add Dark soya sauce, Light soya sauce and been sprouts and stir-fry
until mixed well.Spoon up onto platter and sprinkle with ground pepper.
