Family Album I

Pictures of my two families, The Holm-Nielsen/Lykkegaard Family in Denmark and The Merino Family in Honduras. The Holm-Nielsen/Lykkegaard Family consists of me, my brother Ture, my father Helge, my mother Inge, my mothers husband Bjørn, and last, but not least, my grandparents Ellen and Erik. The Merino Family consists of my wife Monica, her sister Marcela, her brother Rigoberto, her father Don Rigoberto, and finally her mother Doña Elena. Well, then, let's start with a picture of me and Monica:

The picture is taken in November '97, just after my arrival to Honduras, at a welcome party that the Merino family hosted for me. Now, let's take a look at the Holm-Nielsen/Lykkegaard Family:

This picture is from my 27th birthday in a Thai Restaurent on Nørrebro. A Thai food accompanied by cold Danish beers are seen on the table. From left to right: Helge, Erik, Ellen, Monica, Bo and Bjørn. But where's Inge and Ture?? Well, they are here, sitting in the sofa apartment of Helge on Duevej, smoking a bit:

NOW, for a special new addition: Uncle Eric. Uncle Eric, a proud member of the Lykkegaard Family, brother of my father Helge and resident of the "Hidden Farm", is shown below in a nice close up.

Some people consider Uncle Eric to be a dangerous person (click here to see why), though that would be an exagaration.

Now it is time for the Merino family. How about a x-mas picture from x-mas '97? This picture of the cheering family was actually taken by setting the camara on automatic, but it turned out fine. Everybody is drinking redwine which is very uncommon in Honduras (nobody drinks wine), but this was a special occassion.
