Cocos Island Postal Stamp Album
Commemorative set "Ratification of Sovereignty over Cocos Island" June 24, 1978. The same set was used April 30, 1979 on the "first day cover" shown on the main page. Actually, a post office was opened for 24 hours on Cocos Island and closed therafter for ever. The rubber stamp used on this cover was destroyed after this day.
