28/5: Selangor in unfamiliar territory; umpteen-time champs lying 3rd from bottom. By the end of season, some regulars were sacked - Azman Adnan, Shahril Arsat, Azlisham (keeper), etc. Azman was replaced by a 16-year old.
4/4: 0-3 Pahang (H); B-A-D start boys, good preseason results are not enough; Melnikov wasn't even in their team yet
11/4: 0-1 Penang (A); it was heading for a draw, then a late goal sunk us
14/4: 0-0 KL (H); not surprising only 2-5,000 showed up.
18/4: 2-1 Perlis (A); courtesy of old horse Harun & 20-year old Sabaruddin. The much touted foreigners still not scoring!
25/4: 2-0 Olympic 2000 (H); Tibidi (27th) & Rocastle (39th). About time you guys started scoring!
2/5: 0-0 Perak (A); let off the hook. Khairul saved a penalty in the 57th. Tibidi out for 2 months.
9/5: 2-1 Kedah (H); good game, we outplayed the off-form Canaries. Shellito: "should've won by 5 clear goals if not for inept finishing." Rocastle & Wai Loon scored.

Semifinals lost to Terengganu. Perak won Malaysia cup.

Scott's new team N9 didn't fare so well, at 9th place 22-7-6-9-24-28-27. Perak's early bubble burst (10th) and Kuala Lumpur's resurgence midway thorough the season didn't last (8th).
We wasted a golden chance to win the FA Cup for the first time since 1995.
