"Fountains of Nations Water Ballet" The fountain at Innoventions Plaza comes to life during the spectaclar water ballet choreographed to music. Listen carefully to the music here because it's what you'll be hearing there. The sight, the sound, and the colors are magnificent. Take the time to watch the fountain during the day and then again at night. It's well worth it. |

"Honey, I Shrunk the Audience" The show begins with Professor Wayne Szalinski who as you probably guessed shrinks the audience. That's us folks. This 3-D adventure is hysterically funny and at times a little unnerving. (but I won't give it away) This is one show you just can't miss. You can get a fastpass for this show. Try it early or during parade times. |

Test Track This is a new attraction presented by General Motors. It is the longest and fastest Disney attraction ever. This ride will first give you a peek into safety, technology, and testing of such. Then you get an exciting test track race. This is a fastpass ride and you will need it. The average length of time in line is 2 hours. As soon as you get to the park (hopefully in the a.m.) get your fastpass. Here's what happened to us. We arrived at the park at 12:00 noon and went right over to get our fastpass for this ride. I couldn't believe the time we got, 5:20 p.m. I stood in line for 5 minutes to get the fastpass and the time increased by 20 minutes for the fastpass.. This is a very busy ride so get the fastpass right away. Have fun. |

Behind The Seeds, A Special Guided Greenhouse Tour During this one hour walking tour you'll learn amazing things about plants, pest management, hydroponics, biotechnology, and fish farming. This tour is hosted by an agricultural specialist who will take you backstage in The Land greenhouse and labs. You must sign up for this tour at the Emporium on the lower level of The Land. There is a fee of $6.00 adults; $4.00 children (ages 3-9) |

The Living Seas This is an incredible man made coral reef equiped with fish sharks and manatees. This is such a relaxing and pleasant place to see. You can sit for ever and watch these wonderful and exciting creatures of the deep. |

"Ellen's Energy Adventure" Ellen dreams she is a participate on the famous show "Jeopardy". Jamie Lee Curtis also is on the show playing Ellen's rival. Jeopardy's categories are ENERGY. Ellen knows nothing about energy but she is soon going to learn as she finds herself in the dinosaur age with Science Guy Bill Nye. This show is both funny and informative. |

Body Wars First get shrunk to the size of a blood cell and then you can take this turbulent thrill ride through the human body. You enter through the heart and check out places like the lungs and brain. You must get through to rescue a scientist trapped in inner space. |

Cranium Command Go inside the mixed up mind of a 12 year old and enjoy the antics of famous comedians playing the roles of his heart, brain, stomach and even adrenaline. This is a good show. |

Fitness Fairgrounds There are several different exhibits. They include Anacomical Players, Met Lifestyle Revue, Coach's Corner, Frontiers of Medicine, Wondercycles, "Goofy About Health, and Sensory Funhouse. You have to go and explore to see what all this means. Have Fun. |
