Magic Kingdom's character greetings are mainly conducted in Mickey's Toon Town. However, during different times and different locations in the day you will spot characters posing and signing autographs throughout the park. Make sure to look to your left when entering the park because many characters are stationed there. Also,near Cinderella's Golden Carrousel there is a sword in a stone, which as you most likely guessed is for the Disney movie"Sword In The Stone", which you should try to pull out.Once a day the sword comes out of the stone and Merlin the Magician shows up and you become the guest for the day.Great pictures here.

Go to MICKEY AVENUE and meet all your favorites, Buzz,Woody,and many special characters.They all appear daily on Mickey Avenue.

You can find all the Characters at Camp Minnie/Mickey. Don't forget to have your autograph book ready and a pen or pencil handy.

EPCOT

Epcot Park is a little different.The characters are stationed in the World Showcase with all the countries.Each character is in the country they come from.Great shows are here with the opportunity for great pictures. Remember to buy  a passport before you go in and have each country stamp it. It is alot of fun for the kids.
