Contemporary Resort

The Disney Contemporary Resort is quite amazing. You will see the monorail transportation pass right through the middle of this A-framed 15-story high building. I always love taking the monorail for a ride and passing through. This resort has 1,041 rooms. A great feature of this resort is its 15th floor observation deck. Guests can stand up there and get a great view of the firework display at the Magic Kingdom.

The rooms at the Disney Contemporary Resort range from $219.00 per night up to $430.00 per night. The rooms are completed in bold colors and the rooms among the tower section have private balconies and views of the bay lake or Magic Kingdom. Most rooms can accomadate five guests. Typical units have a day bed and two queen- size beds. Some rooms have a king-size bed and a day bed. The bathrooms are quite spacious and laid out well.

Restaurants at the Disney Contemporary  Resort include the following:

California Grill: This restaurant is located on the 15th floor and there specialty is pizza from a wood-burningoven,grilled meats, seafood and vegtables.
