The first thing to remember as a helpful hint is to relax and have fun. Sometimes we tend to rush so we get to see everything.That rushing around attitude should be left at home or at work. You will not get to see all of Disney World with one trip because it is too large.So with the help of my site plan what you want to see and enjoy it. Remember to allow an average of 20 minutes in line before the ride.

Character Dining is great fun for the children.I should say children of all ages.One big helpful hint is book your restaurant reservation before you go or as soon as you get there. Don't expect to walk into one of these restaurants because it will never have any open seatings.Be sure to see the page on Character Dining as it has all the telephone numbers to book your dining adventure.

It's okay to shop whenever you want instead of waiting until the last day to buy all at once. A great service Disney World offers is free delivery of all your packages to your Disney resort. Also,for a small fee Disney World will ship your packages directly home.This is great especially if you fly .

Film and film processing can be expensive at Disney World so have enough film to make it thru your vacation and process it when you get home. Buy more film than you think you will need.

If you have small children there is no need to bring a stroller to the parks because for a very small fee you can rent one. At the entrance of all the Theme Park is the stroller rental area. If you leave the park mid day to go to another park or to the hotel for a rest just get a receipt from the rental area and the next park you do not pay again. At the end of the day turn in the stroller and get back one Disney Dollar.You can use it for any purchases in Disney World or you can return it for US currency or what I did was give it to my daughter for a treasure sake.

If you are employed with a large Corporation check with your personnel department to see if the Corporation is a member of Disney's vacation club.If so,get the charter number and use it when making your reservations.You can save 10% or more. Its worth checking out.
