Don't forget our BONUS PICTURES!

Isn't he cute when he's sleeping?
AM - Epcot
We went to Epcot this morning, and had a real good time. We visitied the east side, seeing Spaceship Earth, the Universe of Energy, Horizons, and Innoventions (can you say video games?) I also signed my own guestbook there (you can also sign my guestbook!, and also look at my guestbook.)
This is Spaceship Earth. It is 18 stories tall, and as you ride inside of it, you watch an exhibit of the progression of communication, from cavemen to fiber optics. The monorail pictured in front of it runs from the Magic Kingdom to Epcot.
In the afternoon (after a wonderful nap for all of us), we went to the Disney-MGM Studios. Josh loved the "Honey, I Shrunk the Kids Movie Set Adventure". Here he's sliding out of a roll of film onto a blade of grass.
See the building silouetted in the background? That's the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror. A ride that drops your elevator 13 stories FASTER than the speed of gravity!! How does it do that? I PULLS you down (the motors are 3 times bigger than the Trade Center motors). We (Jeff and I) decided that would be the perfect way to end our day. Since Lea didn't want to ride it (she rode it last year, with her back bothering her, it probably isn't the best thing to do), she could watch Josh while we rode it. As we walked across the park, Josh asked what ride we were going on. When we explained it to him, he said that he wanted to ride it. Now this kid got scared on Haunted Mansion. We explained it was very dark, very fast, and very scary, but he insisted. I told Jeff that it couldn't hurt (since he was 4 inches taller than the minimum height). The whold ride, I was telling him, "Okay, now it'll get dark", concerned he'd freak, but he LOVED it!! he said he wants to ride it again if we go back to MGM.
