Documents to be submitted in support of application for a visa for temporary stay in the Kingdom for business purposes
One Form TAW MAW 7 for each
One photo of each applicant.
If the applicant's spouse and children also apply to remain in Thailand with the applicant:
Evidence of status as spouse or children given on the prescribed form.
Photocopy of marriage certificate.
Photocopy of birth certificate(s).
Letter of confirmation from the employer addressed to the Commander of Immigration Division giving names of the applicant and other aliens employed, as well as their responsibilities in the company/firm, including reasons for employment of an alien instead of a Thai.
Letter of confirmation and detailed information on business operations from the company/firm, wrtten on the prescribed form.
Complete list of aliens working in the company/firm, written on the prescribed form.
Organization chart showing positions and names of employees in charge.
Work permit (photocopy of the page showing conditions imposed) or certificate of job permission from the Employment Department.
Employment contract/certificate written on the form prescribed by the Employment Department or letter or assignment to perform duty in Thailand.
Evidence of educational qualifications.
Evidence of work experience.
Company balance sheets and profit and loss statements for the past three years.
Evidence of corporate tax payment (FORM PAW NGAW DAW 50) for the past three years.
Evidence of business tax payment (FORM PAW KAW 40) for the past three years.
Evidence of personal income tax payment by the applicant's (FORM PAW NGAW DAW 41) for the past three years, and evidence of monthly tax withholdings from the applicant's earnings for the current year.
Certificate of Incorporation, Certificate of Registration as a Limited Company, Business Tax Certificate, Commercial Registration Certificate.
List of shareholders.
Company Memorandum and Articles of Association.
In case of investor status evidence of transfer of foreign currency into the country for investment.
If the employer is an export company evidence of exports and receipt of foreign currency for the past three years (specify the nature and type of exports/imports).
Whenever applicable letter of confirmation or recommendation from the concerned government unit or state enterprise such as the Department of Commercial Aviation, The Office of Insurance Affairs attached to the Ministry of Commerce, The Tourism Authority of Thailand, etc.
If the employer is a restaurant of food shop, photograph(s) of the business premises, together with a letter of recommendation from the Tourism Authority of Thailand.
The applicant's monthly salary to be received from the employer must not be less than Baht 50,000/-.
Photocopy of the applicant's passsport especially those pages showing the holders description, place of issue visa, date of entry into the country, and departure card (FORM TAW MAW 6).
