Required to develop knowledge of the company's products (products used in the oil, gas, mining construction and waterwell industries), applications, hydraulics, and must have knowledge of product design and competitive products. Must be able to analyze product test data under the direction of the District Engineer and report results to company personnel. Required to develop overall drilling expertise. Assists District Engineer in championing new products and assists with the introduction of new product lines. Responsible for proper and timely product testing and complaint analysis and assists in monthly reporting of the company and competitive product performance. Required to teach short courses to company personnel and customers. Active in well sitting on high focus test products or on-going customer projects in the District.
