This is a "freeware" true Windows 95 program. SeaClear is a charting aid, which, when connected to a GPS, will display the ship on a chart, as well as current position, speed and direction. New charts are loaded as needed when set up for automatic loading. The track may be traced to a file. Routes may be created and used to assist in the navigation.
