Leaving Carcassonne head for Mazamet on the D118 (Mazamet written on green signs only) : you'll reach Cuxac-Cabardes in only 20 minutes. In the village, follow the "chambres d'hôtes" signs. Chambres d'hotes means : bed and breakfast.
