A man in North Carolina valued his cigar collection so much that he insured his valuable cigars for fire and theft under his homeowners policy. He kept them in his humidor and one day decided to smoke them with his friends. After realizing that he smoked his last valuable cigar, the man got pissed. Next day he calls the insurance company and filled a "fire" report, claiming that since he smoked them, they went up in flame. The insurance company refused to pay him, so he went to court claiming that his policy covered him for fire and he lost his cigars due to fire. The judge ruled for him and the company had to pay the man. Two weeks went by when suddenly the police department showed up in his home to arrest the man. He was charged with arson.
