Member of the cookie-sending Internet Link Exchange
If you want to be added to the GeoTropics Ring, please fill out the form below.
You'll then be sent an email confirming that your site has been added to the Queue.
Before you can be added to the ring, you'll need to add the HTML fragment for the ring
to your page. Once you have added the HTML fragment
to your page, e-mail me at
iwh@geocities.com and, provided your site meets the criteria,
I'll add you to the ring.
In order to join the ring, make sure that:
- The HTML fragment appears on the site.
- The site is a member of TheTropics
TheTropics/Shores, or TheTropics/Cabana.
- All GeoCities guidelines are met.
- Your site contains some worthwhile content. If you have been approved for membership
of GeoRewards, I will almost certainly admit you to the Ring. If your site contains
original material and not just a collection of links, you'll probably get in too.
All applications are subject to my approval, but appeals will be generously considered. I do
not discriminate on the grounds of <usual stuff goes here>
- Your site can be navigated by those who speak only English. I prefer
some of your content to be in English, but this is not compulsory.
It may be that you cannot gain access to WebRing for some
reason. All sites go down from time to time. If you want to join the ring, you can always
mail me and ask me to add you to the queue. If you are
just browsing round the ring, you can have a look at some of the sites by visiting
this page. It contains banner images of some of the sites in the ring, but you can visit
a complete list of the current
ring and
queue pages are
to be found on the WebRing database.
Thank you to all the people who have joined the GeoTropics Ring so far. I am
delighted by the response I have had. Don't forget to tell all your friends in
The Tropics about us.
I sent a newsletter to the members of the Ring recently. If you would like to
read it, click here.
PLEASE READ THIS:
You MUST change the HTML code on your site to include the site ID of your site.
This is a number, not anything else. It appears five times in the HTML code. You will not be
added to the ring unless you do this. You have not added the HTML code correctly unless
you do this. The ring as a whole will not function correctly if I add you before you have
done this. How can I put it more clearly? People are still getting this
wrong.
Current members may edit their site information here:
The code to add looks like this:
