IT Support Manager |
March 2000 – December 2002 |
During this period, I worked at a busy commercial airfield
comprising both military and civilian elements and handling mostly VIP
passengers. My job involved liaising with customers and management to assess
their requirements and then to provide the equipment, software and support to
enable them to work effectively.

maintained the system’s servers and developed a standard workstation
configuration. I also trained technicians of other trades to carry out the
configuration of the workstations and user accounts. At the same time, I provided
desktop support for network and standalone systems and software. I installed
several mini networks for training and personnel use.
