Carol was born on August 8, 1929 in Moroni, Utah. She was the oldest of five children and the only daughter of Harold Ray Christensen and Ruth Zina Anderson. Her younger brothers names were Harold Ray, Heber Glade, Ronald A, and Newell E Christensen. She married Robert Hugh Anderson on March 8, 1948 in the Manti temple. The couple had four children: Kirk Robert, Ruth Elayne (that's me), Janet Marie and Shauna Rae Anderson. The family lived in Fairview, Utah for their first four years of marriage and have lived in Orem, Utah ever since. Carol enjoys beautifying her home, painting ceramics, doing embroidery and other hand work, cooking, serving in various callings in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and being with her children and grandchildren.
