This attraction took place in a vine-covered Polynesian hut from Ocober 1, 1971 - September 2, 1997, when it was replaced by The Enchanted Tiki Birds - Under New Management. As one of the original 22 opening day attractions, the show consisted of 225 animatronic birds, flowers, and Tiki gods singing a tropical serenade. The four hosts of the show, José, Micheal, Pierre, and Fritz started the show off with a rousing rendition of the show's theme song, "In the Tiki, Tiki, Tiki, Tiki, Tiki Room." The other songs sung were "Aloha to You", "Let's all Sing Like the Birdies Sing", and The Hawaiian War Chant in which the Tiki gods came to life, and when a thunder storm struck the birds just kept on singing. Outside the attraction, there was a small preshow for waiting guests hosted by two Tiki birds named Claude and Clyde.

The following memory is from Bob Matthews:
A few weeks ago my wife and I visited the recently refurbished (I
thought) Enchanted Tiki Birds. I was so glad when I thought that they
were refurbishing rather than retiring the attraction. It was a
disappointment to see that it was so different ... it just isn't the
same and I wish that it were ... I don't really care for the new
management's version.
