The Travellers - Country Show '98

On Saturday, January 24, 1998, The Travellers participated in an annual Country & Western show to raise money for the Lion and Lioness Clubs of Bermuda. Over 1,000 people were in attendance and the night was a huge success. The money raised went towards the purchase of a new transportation vehicle for one of the local handicap groups.

The Travellers are not a Country & Western band but have performed, in the past, with several top-name Country & Western stars during their tours of Bermuda. The band decided to learn a couple of new Country tunes for the event and included them in their set, along with some good old Rock 'n' Roll favorites.
