Postcard from Egypt

Hi There All,

Well things are going well. Just spent two nights camping in the White Desert. 
I'm writing this next to the bus that we (Ian & I still travelling together) 
arranged to pick us up by spring - it's broken down. As it was one of only two 
vehicles so far who knows what will happen - (bus broke down in middle of 
desert at 08:15, it's 13:15 & still here!!! 18:15 new water pump arrives, 20:05 
leave for 6 hour bus ride). I'm listening to music on my personal Hi-Fi (thanks 
everyone for the much appreciated gifts, help & support). Went to Kom-Ombo 
Temple at sun-up on a 2 1/2 day felucca ride up the Nile last week. Well have a 
great Christmas & a happy healthy 1997.
