Postcard from Egypt

HAPPY NEW YEAR DAVE & MANDY.

Hope you had a great Christmas. Christmas was easier (and more fun)
than expected. It was spent in Petra - what an amazing place. 
An amazing 2km gorge walk (about 10 foot wide in places). 
Indiana Jones was filmed here. Went for a "bob" in the dead sea 
yesterday, what a STRANGE experience - and it stings and tastes like 
shite. A group of 5 of us hired a car for the day. Everyone had a 
drive but Ian and I did most of it... and Ian didn't kill us!
He came close though.

PS. No Syria for us - they won't give us visas!!! 
So it's straight to Israel.
