SABAH ...best described as the "Land Below The Wind" is one of the thirteen states of Malaysia located on the tip of Borneo Island.

SANDAKAN
Sandakan lies on the eastern stretch of land separated by the Crocker range which host the highest peak in South East Asia - Mount. Kinabalu at 4,101 m. Sandakan is known to be the second largest town in Sabah next to the capital city Kota Kinabalu which is situated on the west coast of Sabah. Sandakan is easily accessible through connecting air service via Kota Kinabalu. You can also choose to travel by land which is approximately 6 hours drive from Kota Kinabalu and 4 hours drive from Tawau.
SEPILOK
The word "ORANG UTAN" simply means "Man of the forest" in Malay.
Sepilok Orang Utan Rehabilitation Centre is the sanctuary to the great red ape of Borneo. You can cee the orang-utans in their natural habitat - the tropical rain forest. Other attractions include the wealth of indigineous and rare plants, animals and birds.
Sepilok Orang Utan Rehabilitation Centre and Forest Reserve is situated approximately 25km or 30 minutes drive from Sandakan. The world famous sanctuary enables visitors to come in close contact with the "man of the forest" translated from the Malay name "Orang Utan". It covers an area of 43sq km of beautiful virgin rain forest. On a raised platform not far from the Rebahilitation Centre, Orang Utans are fed with milk and abundant supply of bananas. See them swinging from trees to trees to scramble for their delicious meals......
SELINGAN
Get into the boat adventure across the Sandakan bay to Selingan Island.......see the turtles by night.
Pulau Selingan, Pulau Bakkungan Kecil and Pulau Gulisan are the breeding grounds of the Green and Hawksbill turtles. They come every night of the year to lay eggs in the sand. These islands are also famous for their clean and sandy beaches and crystal clear water.
The Turtle Islands Park lying some 40 km north of Sandakan and close to the Philippines border comprises of 3 islands - Selingan, Bakkungan Kecil and Gulisan. It covers an area of 1,740 hectares which includes the surrounding coral reefs and sea. The park is famous for it's green and hawksbill turtles which lay their eggs on the beaches of the islands.
Visitors can access to the turtle islands from Sandakan by boat and which takes approximately 45 mins. to 3 hrs depending on the speed of the boats. Accomodation is on Selingan island with fully furnished chalets catering up to 20 visitors per night.
KINBATANGAN RIVER
Cruise down to the Kinabatangan river, you will be able to catch a glimpse of the Probosics monkeys and exotic variety of river wildlife.
GIGANTIC FLOWERS ...the Rafflesia
Have you seen one before?
Rafflesia can be found at the foot of Mount Kinabalu near Poring Hot Spring and parts of Tambunan. It could measure up to a diameter of two feet.
SIPADAN
The adventure awaits you to an amazing underwater world of marine life at one of the best diving spot in the world .....Sipadan Island.
