Safety should be the primary concern in every boater's mind. Unfortunately it is NOT. I have witness too many accidents and many incidents in which safety was not given the least consideration. As in dry land, D.U.I. is penalized severely, however, too many people still go out in their boats and only want to drink and "have fun" without the proper equipment or a sound state of mind regarding the safety of the vessel, its passengers and every other boater in the vecinity.

Please, if you have a boat or use one, keep SAFETY in mind for the benefit of everyone.

Following you'll find some links that will help you, as they have helped me, in providing you with instruction, tips, suggestions and rules in order to be a SAFE boater. Use them. Thanks from all concerned boaters.
