Lee - 10/13/99 15:55:03 My Email:nukie4@mah-online Your favorite vacation spot: Destin , Fl | Comments: Nice site you have. I am a sailor at heart and do not have a boat yet. The last 6 months my desire to get one have reached near the purchasing point. There is a small Flying Scot fleet close by at Clinton Lake(central Ill.)but i'm really looking at a Hunte 240. Then i can either go to the Great Lakes which is where i'm originally from or i could take it to Destin where we,ve gone 6 years in a row to camp on the beach. Virginia or North Carolina look interesting on the map. I once passaged up the Chesapeak B y by that was on a US Navy Destroyer. At night too. I have two kids , 9 and 11 who would like it but my wife isn't a good swimmer and therefore real shy of the water. Have to see how it goes. Take Care, Lee |

Jake & Judi Millar - 05/09/99 23:47:15 My Email:millar@webspan.net Your favorite vacation spot: Chesapeake Bay | Comments: Hi Patty, I enjoyed your webpage-well done! We sail a Dovekie (21' leeboard sharpie). My folks have a place in Cambridge Md. on the Choptank River so we trailer down several times a season to sail on the Bay and some of it's many rivers and creeks. My fav rites (so far) are the Choptank, Wye and Chester Rivers, but I plan to see them all eventually! |

I guess I'll have to be happy with my 24' Windrose. Kim Wright |
Harvey Wilson - 04/28/99 18:52:12 My Email:harveywilson@compuserve.com Your favorite vacation spot: Port Clinton, Ohio | Comments: Hi Patty...(also have a daughter named Patti). Saw your posts on Trailer Sailor...as you may know, I have a Montgomery 17, my first sailboat. I mostly sail Stargazer on Lake Lanier, a tad northeast of Atlanta, Ga. I sail mostly with my wife, Clemma, altho my kids (and grandkids) sail with me at times. The grandkids love the boat, and we frequently play sail when she's on the hard, raising sails and snuggling under blankets...ahh, the imagination of children...they keep me young. Harvey |
