Niagara Falls is located in southern Ontario along the Niagara River from Lake Erie to Lake Ontario. The most famous spot is the Horseshoe Falls, it is about 54 metres (177 ft.) high and with more than168,000 cubic metres (6 million cubic feet) of water go over the crestline every minute during peak daytimes.
