Do not joke about bombs or guns - you could be prosecuted.

Do not accept from strangers items for transport in, or as, your baggage.

Do not pre wrap gifts to be carried on board aircraft.

Do not pack or carry-on dangerous goods.

Do not leave your baggage unattended at the airport.

Do not smoke in airplane (unless that airline allow smoking).- you could be prosecuted.

Do not yell at flight attandent if you didn't get your special meal as requested.  They didn't cook the food. be more understanding and write a letter to the airline regarding your concern. 

Buy travel insurance if you go outside of Canada, because health care do not cover all health cost.

Bring travellers cheques for safety.  It can be replace.

Check if you have all necessay documents before you go to airport. (eg. passport, tickets, your kids)

Arrive early at airport for checkin. (1 hrs for domestic/cross boarder, 2 hrs for international) 

Allow extra time if you require preboarding assistance.

Put your name on all your luggage.

Be prepared to demonstrate the operation of electronic equipment.

Cooperate with screening checkpoint security.

There many do's and don'ts, so please use some common sense when travelling in or outside your country.
