Endemic Orchids

Although a majority of orchids in Thailand can be found in our neighboring countries, the expansion of orchifds has been limited due to some geographical reasons. Therefore, those orchids are being classified as endemic species.  Thailand has been reported to have discovered at least 100 species of these orchide. However, their extinction status are being remarkable because of the tropical forest destruction.
