Tiger and Fluffy, the neglected pets
Most people who have seen the Brady Bunch didn't even know that the Bradies had pets. The Brady's had pets for a brief period of time. The boys had a dog named Tiger, and the girls had a cat named Fluffy. Tiger and Fluffy showed up in the first couple of episodes, then the cat and dog were gone forever. What happened to these animals? Why were they taken off the show? Here is the story about the Brady pets, Tiger and Fluffy.
Tiger and Fluffy were introduced in the first episode of the Brady Bunch, the wedding episode. Tiger ruined the whole wedding reception. (This has nothing to do with anything, but, you would expect Mr. Brady and Mrs. Brady to be a little mad at their children for bringing the dog to their wedding, but they weren't mad at all! Later in the episode, they even decided to take their kids along on their honeymoon! Why in the world would you want to take your kids along on your honeymoon!?) We never saw Fluffy again after that first episode.Tiger hung around a little longer than Fluffy, despite his efforts to run away. Tiger tried to run away in episode 19, but he was eventually captured by the evil Bradies. However, after the first season, Tiger was never seen again on the show. He was missing.
Tiger was missing for quite some time, but one day I saw him trying to cross over a highway a couple months ago. I thought it was impossible at first, because he would have been 35 years old by now. (How he ever lived to be 35 years old is beyond me.) I noticed that he was wearing the Brady Bunch dog tag, so by then I was certain that it was Tiger. I tried to pick him up, but he would just growll at me. He had bad scars all over his body. At first I thought that all of those scars were from animal fights. After all, he was 35 years old, and he was living on the street. But when I took him to the vet, a veternarian looked at him and said that his scars came from a knife. And I said, wait a second! Animals can't use knives! Maybe, the owner(s) of this dog abused it, like the Brady Bunch family!
I got in touch with the producers and said that I found the Brady dog. They said that Tiger couldn't be on the show after the first few episodes, because the Brady kids were abusing the dog so much. The producers even recalled Greg chasing after Tiger with a knife.(Greg told Tiger to sit, but Tiger kept running around, so Greg was going to punish Tiger by killing him with a knife.)
As for Fluffy, she died 30 years ago, when she was only two years old. We have no concrete proof that the Brady children killed Fluffy right after the first episode, but if the Brady's abused Tiger a lot, wouldn't they have done the same thing to Fluffy?
So, I guess, we will never know for sure what happened with those Brady pets, but hopefully, Tiger will live a happier life from now on; a life without the Bradys
