The farm has a swimming-pool, ping-pong table and bowls/petanque; tennis 2 km. away, riding 10, seaside (Marina di Grosseto) 80, lake (Trasimeno) 70.

Surrounded by beautiful countryside of thirty hectares of olive-grove, cultivated fields, woods with Mediterranean trees and shrubs, with the typical scents of this evocative environment, characteristically made up of oaks, holm oaks, corbezzoli and junipers, with spectacular seasonal blossom of hawthorn, cyclamin, brooms, cisti and dog roses and it is not infrequent to come across wild animals such as roe deer, pheasant, boar, porcupine, hare, fox and badger.

Fantastic for footing, riding party, trekking, mountain-bike or simply to relax on the swimming-pool's side.
Within easy reach of the most interesting Tuscan and Umbrian localities, such as Siena and Montalcino 25 km. away, Val d'Orcia 30, San Gimignano 65, Arezzo 80, Firenze 90, Perugia 120, Assisi 150.
In the immediate neighbourhood stands the little medieval village of Murlo overlooking the farm, with a restaurant, a pizzeria, a little church, the castle with an Etruscan museum.
In the summer various events are organized, among others, a "Medieval Festa" with historic costumes (June) and the "Etruscan week" (end of August), with theatrical performances, demonstration of ancient craftsmanship, Etruscan banquet, etc.
