Why so much Turmoil in the work force Against  Americas Foremost Workers
  We all want economic success and to improve all levels of opportunity, especially while providing for our families and guiding our children. It seems like we have  to keep haggling or sacrificing our own credibility in the workforce, as for many, certainty by hardwork holds no guarantee. Trying to make sense of such unwarranted methods that are too often practiced, is identified in business structures that are unregulated and to  convienienced. Many Americans are wary, and deserve the right to benefit from improvement. Men and women proudly exchange their interests while trying to succeed by enthusiasm and tenacity, like work at home fathers and new business mothers. No human being is better than another, they are just more established in their life.
   Corporate members or business owners while now developed in their success, forgot  that  without applying workers, there idea would of remained only an  "outline". Standards for unrestrained business and factory chains need to have stronger regulations from a disguised practice of  intolerance, against workers. I understand that not all business adventures end up reaping benefits at the sacrifice of it's workers, although, those that are, will eventually hurt significant future  productive proficiency. Creating new jobs through the Bush Administation is an admirable idea and vastly needed, however, eliminating injury and protecting a competent system is by electing competent effective management. Workers become more negligible everytime discrimination and injury is pardoned.  Identifying these exacerbating wrongs is through an outside intervention program with federal directives. Like Business's that fail to certify safety and chemical reports to proper organizations. Manufacturing companies with high employee turn over and reckless non-guarded machinery. Regulated business's knowingly violate state laws by failing to maintain and excercise safety and discrimination meetings,  and then will over look a safety hazard caused by neglectful  supervision. These are signals for needed NON-prearranged safety assessments through OSHA.
  
FACT: Governing is needed in Foreign Monopolies that use write-up's, reprimands, and suspensions, these are great operative procedures to maintain proficiency, however, management and supervision will misapporpriate these methods to harass and discriminate against employees and office personnel. EXPLANATION: NoN-English Speaking Corporate Advisors are so unaware of local routine plant practices, it is a must for management to safe guard this unawareness as their compulsion to control is in applying unreasonable termination using bigotry or bullying. FACT: Corporations  of  such  magnitude and high profit, have high paid positions, these corporations are  employed with dedicated, qualified workers who remain optimum in their ability, as high paid management within these corporations begin to feel threatened in their position, they will conceal their own guilt and begin to harass their foremost worker, as management exercise prejudicial practice and negotiate between crew and the Executives. I believe Foreign Executives buy a failing company to mold an added productive investment. During these proud business changes, New Foreign Executives remain unaware, employee struggles continue with management, and the resolve is internal sabotage or havoc on company property. EXPLANATION: Plant supervision keep their positions with these new Executives while developing their new business investment, the human resource management begins to fear serious altercations against their position from past infractions, while forcing their importance during a reprimand they trespass into personnel's private belongings.  SOLUTION: Outside intervention could be beneficial for Foreign Advisors and greatly valued by long term proficient workers.
   In the beginning of our economic design each state delegated it's industries. In it's beginning, endless corporate concern was applied to these new industries, somewhere along the line, they forgot the backbone were American Workers. Applicant interest were considered by the NEED TO WORK, good health, unskilled, or some education. Through the years as massive business industries were errected it became easier for management employers to overlook unjustified termination and sexual discrimination against honorable workers. Being to busy to know your own team opens the door for more cocksure employers to freely exercise continuos high minded imporper procedures and erroneous advancement within management.
   I believe  every earnest, hardworking human being with ideal attendance and positive participation is deserving of encouragement  by a promotion, and not have to withdraw their position because of intolerant supervision. Families in a long term occupation or hardworking parents that have suffered through unreasonable termination, wasted years of experience and training, because a company will falsify their justification and damage ones credibility. Now they are in their 40's, 50's, 60's, looking for employment in a industry that wants young highly educated green workers. Their retirement benefits are canceled if retirement is more # years from contract retirement, and only if the company has a retirement package. Then they face a fight for their benefits which only provides a percentage, as retirement age is close. The appalling part of this benefit practice is that company management and supervision, have disgraced employees that were terminated for no just cause, and because of age, even though age discrimination is protected by law, we still have false accusations, emotional illness and struggling unemployed seniors.
  
FACT: Supervision by a  unionized unethical company terminates injured workers. While dramatizing their actions, employers of smaller companies will protect each other against penalties, in doing so they threaten trusting employees with gender intimidation. Deliberate failure in disciplining an aggressive maintenance lead triggered intentional negligence on machinery maintenance, causing a long term injury to a reliable 4 year employee(s) This unionized company further discriminated against the injured worker promissing medical benefits and compensation benefits. Weeks later the employee(s) was terminated, by a falsified document instructed  by  the proprietorship, hoping it would dominate over the multiple validated  medical and union procedural documents of the injured employee(s). This proprietorship also held expectations for a 9 year employee who was the union shop Stewart and then Union chairman of 3 years unfamilarized in union procedures was  guided by a neglectful regional  union representative who sided with this inefficiency. These tactics are used and pardon to often. SOLUTION: Federal jurisdiction should illustrate precedence over union failure.
   The only advantage to employ, rough incompetent management and faulty ownership is countless job openings for unaware out of work individuals. The Disadvantages to entertaining theses practices is countless unproductive workers, careless unreported  and concealed injuries, emotional sicknesses. While an oppressive dictator, was or is, removed from horrendous actions against the people of Iraq, capable hardworking women and men of this country try to advance in a deviating workforce that discriminates and exercises their own fixations. This United States, being a free and proud country, "Shouldn't we inspire the essential right to all workers by energizing respectable economic proficiency?"
   NoN regulated business standards hurt the livelihood of decent people and make it free contest, where there is no guarantee of requital there is no future improvement. If we can conduct such a direct strategic fight against terrorism, as honorable American military are trained to protect our country from destruction, we can certainly program a trained intervention to protect our working families from being  violated by bigotry... This country with all its foremost working americans, we need an active intervention, with stronger laws against careless business procedures that practice  discrimination, favortism, bullying, and prejudice...American Workers deserve to be recognized by proficient economic support....
