1998 - Here We Go Again

1998 brought one direct hit to the North Carolina Coast.  Hurricane Bonnie did not do an extraordinary ammount of damage, however, due to the fact that Hurricanes Bertha and Fran had already taken out all of the weak trees and structures.  Bonnie mainly took down the structures that were weakened by the previous hurricanes.
