Tinian is a very small island next to Saipan in the Pacific Ocean.
It has been part of the Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands of the United States of America since 1986.
Visitors might want to stay at the Tinian Dynasty Hotel and Casino.
Popular attractions include the many World War II memorials; the Japanese bunkers, tunnels, and shrines;
the beaches and the nature hikes.
SCUBA diving is also very big here. Places to dive are Tinian Grotto and numerous caves lining the coastline.
